I think the title should honestly be renamed with: "How Fast Can You Touch Grass in Every (Popular) Sonic Fan Game?" Because this really isn't "every" fan game. I think the reason Sonic Utopia has no updates is because it was intended as a sort of tech demo made specifically to show off at SAGE. I wonder if it's open source because I would love to see someone make a full game based on it.
