Great show by the way! I’m from Southern California but raised in Oregon. I just want to say that Jerry is the sound of the PNW( Pacific Northwest) when grunge popped up I was not ready for it. Alice In Chains were the band that sealed the deal with me . I’m a year older than Jerry and I just want to say that this over the hill teenager has huge respect for Jerry and the band as a whole. I think it's great that you quit smoking! I quit smoking 20 years ago best decision I ever made. I'm looking forward to your new tour I haven't seen a show or any show and I don't know how many years? I used to be a music promoter I worked for a lot of bands in the southeast.. my ex brother-in-law is Troy Sanders from Mastodon I was married to his brother Kyle as you know he played with Vinnie Paul.. I've met you several occasions over the years but it's been a long time anyway I hope to see you in either in Charlotte or Atlanta..I just dropped by to say hello.I hope you're doing well. The new music is amazing and I'm not just saying that because I'm picky lol
Evolvin', shit the music industry has been devolvin' since the 90's, I ain't a fan of the "Seattle sound", but at least the guys were bein' genuine, but there were a ton of artists who were just the bubblegum flavor of the month, who were big, but got dropped for an artist who was worse than they were, and that trend has carried on ever since.
