หมัก 3 ชั่วโมง
วิธีอบ ไฟ 225 องศ c
ข้อสำคัญ เปิดไฟเตาอบให้ร้อนก่อน ก่อนอบเนื้อ
อบไฟ 225 c 20 นาที
หลังจาก 20 นาทีลดไฟ เหลือ 180 c อบไปอีก 30 นาที
หลังจากพักเนื้อไว้ปิดด้วยกระดาษฟอย (กระดาษเงิน) ต่ออีก15 นาที เป็นอันเสร็จ
