I grew up in SP. I was so happy to see the old Warners Theater. The empty lot next to Theater was Sam Martin's, a clothing store. I went to SPHS with his son, David. I spent many days on 6th st. All the shops. Sad to see it now with so many closed up. 😮

We lived in Pedro for 13 years leaving in 2012. I have never seen downtown as dead as this video shows. Where is the traffic and people? And what's up with all the closed stores?

This is the new San Pedro. The old San Pedro was made of brick buildings. I watched a multi-part documentary about the town and port. It was mostly built after about 1900.
