Im reading Illuminae right now, and it is so fun and interesting to read a book that is set up like it!!! I hope you have the hardcover or the big Paperback, mine is normal sized, but its like some of the things overlap each other, don't know if thats supposed to be happening or its because I have the normal sized PB :D

The Horse and His Boy is my personal favorite of the Narnia Chronicles, I hope you like it!
Agreed! C S Lewis's writing throughout the whole Chronicles of Narnia series is just so easy to read (and not in a bad way) and I love all of the subtle details woven throughout the story that comes together later on. So glad to hear that someone else also enjoyed the Horse and his Boy the best :).
Reading Cavy lol it's actually my least favorite out of the series. prince caspian or the lion the witch and wardribe are probably my faves

you have no idea how happy it makes me that you are reading a book about a bisexual girl. I like booktube because it's shearing likes and dislikes and opinions about books, it's seeing what others think about books that you've read and listen about books that you didn't know existed and I love that about booktube and books are a big part of my life (I don't care if I sound pathetic) so to see that a booktuber is going to read a book about a bisexual character a character that likes girls, that I haven't seen that happen yet because it's always boys, it makes me happy, it makes me really happy, because that's a big part of my life too and to see it represented in something that I love so much as books is awsome and to be able to share my likes and dislikes and opinions about it with someone (my friends don't read) or at least to listen to someone who has pretty much my same taste in books makes me so so so happy and I don't even care if you can't read the book because yeah, those are a lot of books, the fact that you said you were going to read a book a bout a girl liking a girl it's for me awesome and perfect and it makes me really happy.
Crooked Kingdom is awesome! Hope you enjoy it when you get around to reading it. And I'm definitely looking forward to reading The Valiant!

Robin Talley is a wonderful author, I loved Lies We Tell Ourselves, and What We Left Behind, and I'm looking forward to finally pick up As I Descended in January and also to read Our Own Private Universe when that comes out.

There is a booktuber called Between Chapters and she gives a great list of how to read the Lunar chronicles. Starting with Cinder and then there are 3 novellas to read before moving on to Scarlet and so on...I am so glad I read it the way she suggested it. I have enjoyed the series so much reading this way. I told my daughter about reading the list this way and she was ready to move on to Cress and picked up the novellas and loved the order that was given. Just an FYI and an interesting way to read this series...Enjoy I sure have. I NEED to get to Cress SOON

Betül LGBT isn't the only kind of diverse books I'll be reading, it's just the easiest for me to find (unfortunately) but I have racially diverse books on my list as well

Hailey In Bookland I really recommend you" I am Malala" if you wanna read a book with Muslim characters or "does my head look big in this" they are both awesome but the second book helps you learn more about the struggles hijabis face everyday and the hate they receive love you 💕

Ahhh! I am so excited for you to read Cress. I'm not sure if I can say that it's my favourite in the series, mostly because they're all my favourite though! The series is so good though!!!

Cress was my 3rd favourite of The Lunar Chronicles. I preferred both Cinder and Winter. I have A Shadow Bright And Burning but I haven't read it yet. I'm also reading a few NetGalley arcs this month. The one I'm currently reading is great!

I have 14 books to read lol. A darker shade of magic, a gathering of shadows (first two books in the trilogy, by V.E. Schwab), the sun is also a star, everything everything(both by nicola yoon), the perfectionists (duology by Sara Shepard), the graceling trilogy (by Kristin cashore), attachments (by rainbow Rowell), all the bright places (by Jennifer Niven), truthwitch(and windwitch when it comes outs, by Susan dennard), and lastly red queen. Also, five other books that I already finished this month. I don't think I'll get through all of these but I read a lot.
I read the first two books of the Chronicles of Narnia in December too! I'm currently reading The Horse and His Boy ! I plan to reread all the books in 2017 :) Would love to hear more of your thoughts on them :)

I loved Truthwitch so much more than I thought I would! I severely underestimated it & now I can't wait for Windwitch. I think that it reads a little older than YA, maybe New Adult? Can't wait to hear what you think :)

TLDR; its a book about light skin vs dark skin. And the characters with dark skin have negative characteristics/ are seen as evil.

Unpopular opinion time: My favorite was actually Scarlet haha. Cresswell is my OTP but I also LOVED Wolflet and idk, something about book 2 just really stood out to me and was really memorable. I loved Cress too, but not nearly as much as Scarlet.

Hailey's also Canadian so it could be their release dates are different from ours...I notice that the dates she says sometimes are a week or too earlier than in the States if they're Canadian authors or sometimes later if not...she also said A List of Cages was out on the 17th & we're due out with both ALOC & Windwitch on the 10th.
