Shows this band to a totally new audience, and it also shows that the DT guys still have an amazing taste in music, even outside of their own projects. No other band deserves that spot more than Arch Echo, and I cannot wait to see you guys there! I’ll be at the DC and Philadelphia dates!

Old people smell? Like, showered and clean folk? :) What I hear isn't Dream Theater really, other than fast scales. It's actually better because it doesn't have James Labrie, IMHOPO (in my humble old person's opinion).

I had Arch Echo’s Color Wheel sitting in my “Sick bands, ILL Outfits” playlist for a while, but finally played it mid 2020 for apparently the second time ever! 🤣🤣 I was like 😳 the whole way through and settled for the low quality sound live vids, but after jamming to Story I since it dropped, I just now saw this video! lol I usually listen to Story I at work 🙏🏽 I believe these guys are the best instrumental band I’ve ever heard. I think I started out liking Explosions in the Sky, and then bands like Mono, into Toe, and then stuff like Intervals.. my bro showed me Polyphia, and you can’t deny their skill and ability to make songs that are catchy.. umm Plini of course, you have heavyweights like Animals as Leaders. There are so many great artists that do this, but show ppl To The Moon, and note how they play with such grace... if they were to pass a game winning TD in the Super Bowl, They’d launch it with perfect touch. It’s not a laser fast throw, it’s tossed to a perfect arch to where only the fans can catch it.. the defense or the haters are non existent..I think Arch Echo proves in Story I that they have something to say!
Amazing. This song from the first album is one of my favorites ever. Just to point something out. The keyboard solo at the end is, for me, the climax of the song. I wanted to see keyboardist to have some closeouts and get crazy with the solo ;( ... but still amazing. Saludos desde Nicaragua.
You’ve so got to do a Christmas album!! And you guys are great, I just love seeing all the joy you have on stage djenting away😁 keep up the awesome work✌🏼
This band is my dream band, I'm no musician, but I always thinking; what if there's a progressive fusion rock band that sounds exactly like this? (lots of progressive chords and key changes, but with a modern sound), There's a song from The Faceless that has a similar style, but they don't make some kind like that anymore.
@@KPDrums Actually, No I'm not. Check at 5:38. You can hear the drummer scream "One, Two, One Two, Three Four" and the snare hits slightly drag. Have they layered their video with album audio? Possibly. But the fact that you had listened to them all throughout and thought "Hmm... Album Audio" just goes to show how tight they can play live.
