Hello, so the grade points in your bachelor's studies is not the only criteria to get admission in a public university. I would suggest you to read the requirements of your desired university in their particular website. Additionally having intership, work experience, research paper, extra cirricular activities are also advantageous for your profile. I want to move to Germany for masters but my grades are very low avg above 62 %( due to 75% attendance criteria my internals marks in all the semesters are very low , so it affects my % ). But I am learning German my Duolingo but it doesn't provide any certificate like C2,C1, or B2 .Please anyone guide me , How I can get admission in public university with a low tuition fee or zero fees? & How I can get C1 Certificate for making things easier for me ! Try to apply to big cities if possible......and B1 is well enough for everything as a beginner
