as soon as the person arrives in Germany and reaches his university campus does he has to pay 1 semester fees or entrire course semester fees at once have done bachelors i am interested in masters it has four semesters so as soon as i reach my university in Germany do i have to pay whole 4 semesters contribution amount or only 1 semester contribution amount
