Driving in Luxembourg is very annoying as there is constant stop and go traffic in most places and at most times during the day. I have driven a lot but mostly to walking tours on my channel.

At the 6 minute mark there is a parking sign, which I saw numerous times on your journey. Can you tell me what the numbers are below? Is that vacant spots or the total stalls available? according to the internet it is forbidden to drive with a dashcam in luxembourg. you can get a very high fine for it.
