Sounds like the business of letting people pay to drive your exotic cars on track can have some headaches involved. Thanks for coming by to tell us the stories Joe!
I think I speak for this entire audience when I say thank you Xtreme Xperience for supporting our favorite TH-cam channel! Any sponsor of VINwiki is alright in my book!
You bet! We recently sponsored videos from October and happened to be coming to ATL this past week. We decided to catch up with Ed. We had a blast and can't wait to share more.
Had a great couple experience with you guys. I can attest to the height restrictions in the Lambo - I'm 6'4, could NOT even get in. Thankfully you guys had a convertible model I was able to swap to right away.
I would love to find one of these cars used after they are done with them. I bet they are well maintained but take a value hit when used buyers hear about the previous use. Then I can use some of Ed's finance advice!
I heard instructors talk about this on a very small drift track they all said women listen and do man think they can do it and dont listen good enough to get the best out off it
Drove a 458 at Pacific Raceways with these guys. Top notch group of people, worth every penny. They straight up encourage you to get after it in these cars.
"Why would I try to hurry through this experience?". Uhhh....because when you rent a supercar and a track, the experience IS going fast. Otherwise just rent one in Vegas and cruise the strip. Also WTF: the guy who spent hundreds, perhaps thousands, of dollars to do this is worried about burning an extra dollars worth of gas. Huh?
Those rigs are insanely nice. When I see ads for these drives on Groupon I always assume a few exotic car owners just get together and sell some drives. You guys are legit.
I love the LP570 STS but also can't make the seats work. That would have been the perfect car for your fleet (and my garage) but supercars don't make being tall easy.
I met Joe at AMP a few years ago, didn't know he was Co-Founder at the time. You guys provide a great service. Really a lot of a fun. Nick was my instructor and we had a blast in the 458 Italia. I'm glad they stepped up the game on the lead cars, we were following a GT Mustang at the time and were all over it in the 458.
Joe Moore for sure need to drive the 488 and the GT3. That day I got lucky, 599 GTB, Aston Martin DBS, Gallardo, and two runs in the 458. I'll be back for sure. Trying to hold out for you guys to go back to COTA. Hard to take my own car out to TX from TN, so you guys going there would be prime opportunity to run some great cars at one of the circuits I absolutely need to drive on.
I remember when they opened. At the time I didn’t have a license yet and I was obsessed with exotic cars. They ended up offering a promotion deal at Autobahn country club in Joliet Illinois and I got my first ride in a Lamborghini Gallardo LP560. It was amazing! I didn’t even get to drive (lol), but I still recommend it for anyone!
I did one of these at Raceway Park of the Midlands just outside of Omaha. I'd driven on track before, and driven exotics before, but had never driven an exotic on track. I drove an LP560-4 and an F430, and it was a blast. Both of my instructors were awesome, and in the LP560-4, I started out in last and passed the entire field in my three laps thanks to some guidance from my instructor. I'd absolutely recommend this to anyone who is a fan of cars, and usually you can find a Groupon or something to help with pricing.
I drove a Huracan with Xtreme this spring. My co-driver was awesome I payed attention to his coaching. Started as car #6 and finished car #2. My wife got me the drive for Christmas and I will never forget the experience. It's very professionally run so hearing these stories is really funny. For average guys ripping around a track in a car you could never own is something you will not forget.
My birthday present was a 3 car Xtreme Xperience at Autobahn Country Club Joliet Oct. 29. Never would have guessed I had it in me to drive like that but surprised myself. First car was a Huracan. Tight fit but made it in with some help. I chose it first cause there was no way you could slide it around while feeling out the track, corners, cones and such. A lot of info coming at you very quickly. Next was the Porsche 911 GT3. That car was the most fun and confidence builder to drive. Last car to drive was Audi R8 V10. My fastest track time was in this car as I was comfortable in doing what I had never considered doing before. In 2018 I'll be doing it again. Out of the 3 cars the Porsche was my favorite fun factor car hands down!
I’ve done two of these Xtreme Xperience’s, the first time I drove an Audi R8 (with a V8) and my brother drove the Nissan GTR. We both had a blast so we took our dad the next year and crushed it again. I had a V10 R8 this time, my brother had a GTR again, and our dad had a 458 Italia. It was the most fun we’ve ever had behind the wheel of a car and will definitely be doing this again!
Hallett Motor Racing Circuit is an amazing track and Xtreme Xperience is a ton of fun. Two things I would like to see changed at Xtreme; I started about the back of the pack and passed every other supercar in the first lap, then I had to go slow to stay behind the pace cars. If we are fast we should be allowed to pass the pace cars when safe. Also charge a few extra dollars for sector times. They would be nice to compare because even with traffic, you can get some fast sector times.
I went to the one of those events ... I drove the 610 lambo dude what a car ... man the Instructors are super nice .. I went to the one in south jersey by the way .. totally worth the money .. I wish I got more laps tho:( . PS I hit 160
@AM G Sounds like someone needs to get out on the track for real. Height and elevation changes and 16 turns in 2 miles. 22 turns on 3 mile full track. This is NOT a video game. Some of these tracks are VERY technical. Trust me. I've lapped allot of these know it all racers lol...
"thats the first time i ever heard anyone try to conserve fuel on a race track" clearly this guy has never watched a real race in that case. Fuel management is crucial.
Lucky you! You'll enjoy NOLA! It's the fastest supercar driving experience in North America. The 3200 foot long straight away makes for en epic experience! I'd recommend the Huracan at that track.
I just rented a gt3 in pontiac, michigan, and it was a ton of fun. I wish we could have added on more laps, as opposed to buying another experience after 3 laps, but it was still incredible
I got to do the experience at Hallet in Tulsa just a few months ago and has the biggest smile on my face all day. Bucketlist item for me to drive a Ferrari on a track.
I was a track instructor on superbikes. In the UK for a long time. By far the best people to teach were the girls/ladies. No bravado & they just listen and go fast
I’m more of a motorcycle guy but I’ve driven a few different Lamborghini’s with Dream Racing and Exotic Racing in Las Vegas at The Speedway and doing laps with those cars is an experience worth paying for.
Used Xtreme Xperience at that Hallet Motor Racing Circuit bear Tulsa. I ran a 458 Italian on the track and someone else who was driving a gallardo blew the brake lines. The smell was absolutely horrendous. The straight away comes off a sweeping left into a 1/4 mile straight. Was about 150 into the bus stop turn
You know after watching the trailer for xtreme xperience at the end of these vin wiki videos I thought it looked really cool, but after hearing this guy tell all these stories I can see that they are very passionate about letting the customers live out their dreams. I will definitely have to try this one day
We were just in ATL a week ago and Ed invited us out. It was fun to catch up, and the stories just started flowing so we hopped into the chair and thought you guys would enjoy a few of them. Tada!
Not when you produce in #s, but the cost of labor, parts (electronics and the actual metal stuff), etc adds up. Unfortunately, not many junk yards have LP610 doors in grigio lynx. So there's that. :-/
I’ve done this in Indiana. It was really fun. I wish they gave you 5 or 6 laps instead of 3. They also need to add camber to those cars. They were ruining MP 4S tires like nothing. Little half inch strips ran bald on all the cars.
Thanks for sharing these great stories! This company is having an event at a local track this summer, I guess virus shutdown permitting anyway. I’ve been thinking about signing up, but it’s pricey, even for the cheapest cars. Still I’m thinking about it, because it sounds like a blast!
When someone damages a car in one of these events who foots the bill? Is there insurance that covers it? I’d have to assume that most people renting a car probably are not going to have 30k+ on hand if something goes south.
Watch out for animals is right, once had a tortoise splatted on the track at cota. Not a pretty sight, bit sad. The guy who hit it thought he had hit a part of a broken brake rotor.
Xtreme Xperience goes to almost every state except for MN. Not that I would ever be able to get time off work for it but I would love to hit the track someday in a supercar.
The woman driving slowly in the Ferrari reminds me exactly like my mother. As a kid, if we were having a family day out and stopped at a go kart track, she’d drive, at max, five mph and all the way over to the right as if we were driving to see the inlaws. One occasion, she decided not to “race” a second time. Me, my brother, and my dad all wanted our cars from last race, and I remember being bummed out I got stuck with the “slow car” mom ran last time. To my surprise, it was easily faster than every other kart by 2-3mph, a lot when they max at 10-12mph.
I recently got to drive a 488 GTB at one of the Xtream experience events at Nashville Super Speedway. It was incredible. The car was much much faster than my 4.0 mustang 😂😂
Love all of your videos, but there's a definite echo. Maybe you guys could put some sound panels in your studio? That would make your videos a lot more enjoyable. Thanks.
I have to ask, "Was it a Raging Bull or a Prancing Horse that startled the Swimming Cow"? I'm really trying to skip the innuendos at this point, but you kind of milked 14:28 out of my day. *The pin has been pulled*

I loved the magic phone story - our F430 has a strange issue, only solution is to buy another one and have it overnighted to this track!
Ed Bolian Man, I see your comments on literally every video these guys make!
Haha. I run the company so I keep an eye on the videos!
Ed do you have any personal exotic car crash stories we can look forward to hearing about?
