Historically, first inceptions of coaster types are very simple layouts. As they become a tried and tested model they introduce more elements as the rides are received. Look at Oblivion and Air(Galactica) first dive and flying coasters, respectively, from B&M have very simple layouts. Then as the models become more widespread (Sheikra, Tatsu etc.) have much more impressive features.
The coaster does a lot shifting from one side to another at the top of hills. It’s not straight on. I wonder if the seats will “float” in those moments, and they’ll be the highlight of the ride. Or maybe I’ll ride it once and run to Mako idk
They do. The shocks give floater air. Someone posted a short last week where you can really see it. There were men riding it and their feet left the surfboard.
Why is there the hashtag poverty?? Just asking as curios. I do think sea world Orlando is going to be lit this year and even better next year. IMO the best rollercoasters in Orlando are at sea world minus velocicoaster..
Ah okay it's a standing coaster. I guess the first one with a launch. Makes more sense now. Pretty long layout for this style probably taller than shockwave was/is at Kings Dominion. Seems they also have some shock absorbing to limit those problems.
Perhaps I’m completely missing the point of the design of this coaster or I just set too high expectations. But this seems way too short, and not intense enough. It needs at least one more inversion and more ride time. I understand that the main gimmick is the dynamic stand-up feature, but will that really be able to enhance this (seemingly) boring layout? I guess only time will tell. I also understand that this is the first one, but I am a little disappointed.
I don’t think it’s meant to be an intense, giant ride. B&M doesn’t really have any small scale coasters. I think if this gets a decent reception from the public, smaller parks can start putting these in…basically an entry level B&M ala a small scale dive coaster. It fills a gap.
It’s a real shame they didn’t put more water elements in the ride.
Imagine going through a water tunnel
Looks great tho!

You know nothing about coasters
@@dynamitekid5521 but more water features are cool

This type of Coaster needs to be on Planet Coaster.
You can use the launched B&M wing and swap it out for the standup (enigma) trains, they aren’t this exact type of train, but still standup.
@@NathanHydra the seat system needs to become the second generation stand up model.
Maybe planet coaster 2
Fr
@@lando2185 i hope they make planet coaster 2
So excited that the passholder previews start on May 12 the same day they have VIP ride night! ❤️❤️❤️
Animated POV?? Why not just release the real thing? This coaster has been testing for awhile now from what I can tell.
im more excited to see the reactions people have to this ride than the ride itself
I completely forgot about the SeaWorld Parks, or that there was one in Orlando, thanks for reminding me!
Very entertaining and fun to watch. Thanks for posting this.
Do I add Florida to my upcoming coaster tour? Still need those VC and Gwazi credits!
Of course you should
It looks cool
I’m excited to ride this
Adrenaline👌🏻💯

At SF Great Adventure, I want those seats on the Green Lantern (former Chang) roller coaster. 1:05
Bring this to SeaWorld San Diego!!
thank you for putting more realistic noises in the POV- SEAS always has a tendency to post POVs with obnoxious music ngl
When is the opening date?
I fell asleep. Wake me when it's over...
1st! Can't wait for the real POV
pipline
When are the passholder previews?
Few weeks away at most I imagine!
Mid may. It open in may, just not sure which weekend.
Itll be dope if the seats were sideways as if u are riding a surfboard
That's what I was expecting. This is more like a ski coaster than surf. Which brings me an 💡💡💡 idea. 🧐🤔🤔🤔🤔
dope ride, but 1 inversion is so 2003
it’s supposed to be like surfing, u aren’t gonna be constantly inverting just coasting or “surfing”
45 seconds roughly
Como
SEAWorld themes a coaster to surfing and waves... 98% over dry land.
Doesn't look very intense but I guess not every roller coaster has to push limits.

so why is this special again?
stand up surf coaster

The stand up thing is so dumb
Incoming ACL Injury 😢
Looks like a dope coaster. Seaworld just sucks balls.
Yeah they’re sucking with full capacity and a full parking lot!! Don’t like it don’t go. One less idiot I have to wait behind in line!
Surf/standup they both the same with the same problem
Ride it before passing judgement.
Sea world is horrible. Boycott Sea World
Awww poor baby where did Sea World touch you?!!
