This is dynamic freediving, no fins category. Who swims longest distance wins, independent of how long they hold their breath. The faster you swim on breath hold the sooner you get the urge to breathe. The more relaxed you move the longer you can hold your breath. So it’s a kind of trade off between concentrated precise movements and keeping your body and mind relaxed.
