@@MrKiwi13605 Maybe you've tapped an interesting thing to collect. Although, it's not a series is it and there aren't varieties, so you're kind of one and done.
I should've ordered one when they came out think around $30 was mints price.Real deal. Not the cheap looking rounds.Never seen a C of A that large.Good aquisitions.
ah! Thank you. I hadn't considered the commemorative dollars (even though the weight, composition and face value all match). That would also explain the one year mintage! Very helpful
The slabbed coin looks rather nice. And no I didn't know that they made one in silver.
Thanks for the feedback. I guess we can't know every coin but it is strange this one gets overlooked.

I only found out about the 2001 buffalo recently, so have been keeping an eye out for them.
Yep me too. Thanks for your comment.
I need to find one for my collection! I never knew they made these.
Yep, I was very surprised. I don't know if this is a recent thing but there are a lot available on e-bay. Maybe they have always been there. TBH IDK 🙃
Absolutely lovely proof buffalo's
Very nice 👍🧲⚓️
Those are silver dollar commemorative. The mint did a different one each year. That coin was stuck 5 or 7 times to get that relief.
