Adom Baduk Hi Adom. Yes...one of them is called 'Djembe Lesson: Technique: Bass, Tone, Tonpalo, Slap' plus I have a couple of others on technique such as 'Slap/Tone with open fingers' and 'Simple but effective tone excercise'. Hope they help...
Adom Baduk Also I have a website: www.djembeweaver.com which has tons of lessons on technique, practice, rhythms and solo. Each lesson has a detailed written description, written score, play-along audio files and instructional video...
I found it confusing when you counted 2 single rolls as 1&2 3, 1&2 3 as that doesn't change anything. I think it should be 1&2 3, 4&1 2 which puts the dominant hand back on the 1
Blessings, You have helped me soooooooo much on my Djembe journey. Thank you for taking the time to drop these Rare Jewels 🙏.
Teachin is a skill. Good teachin is a craft. Most musicans can play well but teachin? Thats a different fish. This man has both. Keep it up bro.
Very helpful. Thanks. The best video yet for me.
To learn this I had to change the 12345 to 1 + 2 + 3. Then the single roll is 1e+ 2 + 3 and 2 single rolls are 1e+ 2 +a3 + 4 +

Cheers mum...but then you would say that wouldn't you?
What's that you say? "Eshofomal"? What is it?
Echauffement, it's a French word, common part of African rhythm arrangements where usually the rhythm speeds up to a climax before it finishes.
Course I would, I know you are brilliant, purely an impartial comment you understand.
✋😃✋

Matthew King That's a pretty cryptic comment!
