    Where do you find glass panes and track for enclosures. I've been having a hell of a time trying to find some?

    Just got my new tank Kyle. I'd love to show what I did with it but can't post pics? Thank you for your time and the enclosure looks awesome.

    I noticed you use vynal tiles? Can you use vynal flooring (the rolled kind)

    • @talkingserpents
      @talkingserpents  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Unfortunately I have never used the larger rolled up vynal, so I can not say. I have seen several of my customer's use what you're talking about in my reptile enclosure kits. I just have personally never used it.

    I need these shelves in black for my pvc enclosure

      We now have several different sizes on our website talkingserpents.com We even have shelves in black pvc.

    If a customer would want to add the tile themselves to their d.I.y could it be fairly easy?

    • @BuserODL
      @BuserODL ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes they are peel and stick tiles. Like giant thick stickers just be sure you have the tile where you want it before your stick it down because adjusting it will be almost impossible

    do you make and sell enclosures like this?...
    If so how much? I really need one and this is exactly what I'm looking for

    • @talkingserpents
      @talkingserpents  ปีที่แล้ว

      We definitely are still building reptile enclosures. Infact we build them 7 days a week. Check out our website talkingserpents.com
      We do have the means to make this size reptile enclosure with our adapter kit. Our adapter kits allow our customers to join our reptile enclosures together.
      For example you could take two 4' wide x 3' deep x 3' high reptile enclosures to make a 8' wide x 3' deep x 3' high reptile enclosure.

    What did you use to waterproof the bottom of the enclosure? Drylok extreme or something else?

    • @talkingserpents
      @talkingserpents  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I applied Drylok extreme, and on the bottom itself i secured a piece of what is called white wall board. This makes cleanup quote a bit easier.

      @talking serpents how did you attach your white wall board to the bottom of your enclosure?

  • @joshsmith8758
    @joshsmith8758 ปีที่แล้ว

    How’d you attach the shelves. I looked at your website and I’ve seen videos and I’m definitely interested in a future enclosure. Just to get your opinion, what enclosure would you house your female jungle…if you had one. I have my idea but I’d like your feedback.

    • @talkingserpents

      Hi! 👋
      I actually have a TH-cam video showing how I install our shelves. 🎉
      Here is the video link

      Are you talking about a female jungle carpet python? 🐍

    • @joshsmith8758

      @@talkingserpents Yes, a carpet python.

    • @talkingserpents
      @talkingserpents  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@joshsmith8758 Awesome! I actually used to have a female jungle carpet python, she was awesome. Since carpet pythons like to climb I would suggest a 4' wide x 2' deep x 4' high reptile enclosure. We have this size on our website talkingserpents.com

    Is that 3/4" plywood?

    • @talkingserpents
      @talkingserpents  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's a mixture of 1/2" and 3/4" birch plywood.

    • @LegacyRetics
      @LegacyRetics 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@talkingserpents good deal I knew you used birch, that was what I plan on using as well. I'm about to build out 6 new 6'x3'x18" for a breeding collection. Your videos are really the only ones out there with good information on nice plywood enclosures! Going to order a few of your hooks as well, they look nice.

    I need this kit how do I purchase?

    • @talkingserpents
      @talkingserpents  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Check out our website talkingserpents.com
      We don't have this size avalible on our website since it would be too large to ship, but we have made a solution for our customers. The solution is called adapter kits.
      Since this video came out we made adapter kits to combine our reptile enclosures together. This makes it much cheaper to buy a ship them. For example you would be able to take two 4' wide x 30" deep x 30" high reptile enclosures, one 30" deep x 30" high adapter kit. Combine them together to make a 8' wide x 30" deep x 30" high reptile enclosure.
      We have several different sizes for adapter kits on our website talkingserpents.com and even have a TH-cam video taking about our adapter kits.
