Ingredients
Refined flour - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 3 tbsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Butter( room temperature )- 1.5 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Milk - 3/4 cup
Chocolate spread or Ganache for filling
Method
• Put refined flour, powdered sugar, condensed milk, honey, butter, baking powder, vanilla and milk into a mixing bowl.
• Combine all the ingredients well to a smooth batter.
• Heat a heavy bottom pan or a skillet.
• Turn the heat to low*
• Pour a ladle full of batter onto the pan.
• When bubbles start to arise cover the pan.
• Flip and cook from another side.
• Both the sides should turn golden brown in colour.
• Cool completely.
• Apply a generous amount of chocolate spread on top of the pancake.
• Cover with another pancake to make a sandwich.
• Your Dora cakes are ready to relish.
