    Im so glad that you are improving. You are great inspiration! Im improving too, but it is slow. Physical activity is improving quite well (Im doing weigth lifting, I went running over 1,5 km with pauses, i did 18km of walking with pauses and rests, last year, I was bedbound ), but mental activity is still problem and the biggest problem is that I still need to sleep about 10 hours. But Im now starting to take mental therapies for real with therapist, I hope this will make better progress. Autogenous trening, I want to do meditations and breath exercises like you :-)

    Im doing a program similar to this from a year and I improved lets say 60%, i would like to talk to you and sharing our experiences ;)

    What's your experience with 'Indifference'. Apparently if you give too much attention to anxiety , symptoms or emotions you are simply keeping them active ??
