      It's not fitness, that's called Powermove ))) bboying this guy is just a bboy. You can watch more videos for more bboys like ( bboy pocket, Bboy the end, Bboy cri6, Bboy kill, Bboy c lil, Bboy clash, Bboy alcolil, Bboy flex holic) these are some of the best bboys or powermovers in world watch them one by one everyone has his own style.

      is there a full planche move in bboy ? :)

    • @saghair88
      @saghair88 7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      D'supercuts VangiYouth there is everything in Bboy, it's open world ,,bboys keeping find new moves all time ,there is moves more difficult and harder than full planche like airchair to airflare combination.

      No, you just don't understand what calisthenics is:
      *"Calisthenics is a form of exercise consisting of a variety of movements which exercise large muscle groups (gross motor movements), such as running, standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises. They are intended to increase strength, fitness and flexibility, through movements such as pulling, pushing, bending, jumping, or swinging, using one's bodyweight for resistance. Calisthenics can provide the benefits of muscular and aerobic conditioning, in addition to improving psychomotor skills such as balance, agility and coordination.*
      *"Urban calisthenics are a form of street workout; calisthenics groups perform exercise routines in urban areas. Individuals and groups train to perform advanced calisthenics skills such as muscle-ups, levers, and various freestyle moves such as spins and flips."*

      @@eliseereclus3475 problems are there to be worked through. Unless you have a medical reason as to why you cant do them, the hardeat part about those pushups is to stop telling youself thats all you can do. If that is all you can do, do those 3 push ups until you can't, then once that happens drop down to your knees and do more, humble yourself. At least its not 1 pushup or 0, even then that struggle is what will makes you stronger. Do those 3 push ups at least 3 times a day and you will get stronger, simple alchemy.

    Its always awe inspiring to see what the human body is capable of doing when one knows how to optimize bio-mechanics and the force of momentum to do absolutely amazing moves. Who would think it would be possible to pull off that position at 2:20?
    The strength that this guy exhibits has much less to do with muscle mass and much more to do with his ability to activate the maximum amount of motor units (groups of muscle cells) which increases with strength training. That is the definition of true strength. This guy most likely can activate 99% of all his motor units in his muscle tissue whereas the average person who does not do any strength training activates much less motor units.

    I don't understand how anyone can compare Frank Medrano to Simon Ata...
    Frank does do some impressive feats of strength like one arm chins and one arms pullups, tiger bend pushups, front and back levers. However the man also does banana back handstands, and I cant find a single video online of him doing a straddle planche or any similar straight arm push exercises.
    Simon, on the other hand does full planche clap pushups, kip ups to planche, single arm handstand jumps claps, air flare to straddle planche pushup, hollow back handstands, and some other moves that I didnt even think were possible till I saw his videos. Any move that Frank can do, Simon could probably do with ease.
    even without simon, frank medrano still is not and was not the strongest calisthenics athlete,
    check out these guys for better examples of beast calisthenics strength 1) Max True
    2) Vitaly Feschuk
    3)Dima Kuzya
    4) Denton Conteh
