- Deputy President William Ruto has scoffed at president Uhuru Kenyatta, asking him to stop meddling in his state house bid. Ruto, while mentioning the president by name, accused him of issuing threats and conspiring to derail his bid to succeed him. President Kenyatta had early this week termed his deputy a liar and politically immature to take over from him and urged the electorate to back Azimio flag bearer in the august 9th succession race. Ruto claims Uhuru threatened ‘to deal with him’ ahead of polls

For the time being KEMSA is still at the level of allegations whereas Gachagua's theft of public funds has been processed in court and a ruling made. Politics aside, as a leader of any organisation in any part of this world, if by any chance you realise your junior is going rounds taking credit of the things you've done for the organization and promising to change other decisions you've made while your at the helm yet your not even out of office, how will you take your junior staff? Will you just sit there and watch him/ her continue discrediting your achievements however small they are? This is a question you need to ask yourself, if you are even just a supervisor in a company and you realise someone within is trying to outshine you, how will you take that? Just keep quiet and walk away?
