    Hi there. Thank you for this really easy to follow, but very informative video. I’m new to Binaural Beats. The thought of making your own is pretty cool as I find BB really helps my ADHD. I have some questions and please excuse me if I am stating the obvious - as I said, I’m still getting my head around BB (no pun intended!)
    1. When you said at the beginning “this ear has 200 hertz and my right ear has 204 hertz” - does that mean it doesn’t matter how high or low the frequencies may be - it’s all in the difference between the two ears?
    2. If you are creating your own ‘music’ to this - would you just compose around these two audio files and say the other tracks ‘drowned out’ the L and R audio - would that matter to the efficacy of what binaural beat effect you are trying to achieve?
    3. Can you use any instrumentation or would certain types perhaps ‘ruin’ the efficacy of the binaural beats? eg. a piano / strings compared to a sine wave synth or distorted drums?
    And last but not least:
    4. Could you swap over the frequencies from L - R as the track went on; eg 204Hz in the left ear and 200Hz in the right ear or would that be pointless?
    Thanks in advance if you are able to respond as I appreciate I have asked a lot of questions, but regardless, nice one for creating this video for everyone to watch!

    • @4xking
      @4xking  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for watching and for these interesting questions. I’ll start off by saying I’m not an expert on the subject by any means but I’ll still try to answer to the best of my ability.
      1) I have read that the frequencies should be less than 1000 hertz but what matters is the difference. So in theory 204 vs 200 is the same as 904 vs 900 but they will have a different sound to them and you might find one more pleasant.
      2) If you add music to it, yes the tones will be drowned out but I can’t speak on how that effects it’s efficacy. It is just more subtle and most people will probably find it easier to listen if there is music with the tones. I think you should experiment with and without music and see which you prefer!
      3) I think this is also a matter of preference. But some instruments are stronger in certain frequencies, especially based on which octave you play them in. There is something called and EQ in Logic (and other DAWs) and it will show you which frequencies are being played. So if you use a pair of frequencies that are less than 200 hertz, maybe don’t add too much low end sounds that are also around 200 hertz or less. Once again that’s worth experimenting with to see how it feels for you.
      4) I think swapping the sides would be cool to experiment with.
      Overall I would say: Keep the frequencies less than 1000 hertz and look up the frequency difference you want based on the effects you desire. Other than that I would just keep experimenting and see what you like the best.

    Hi,
    Thanks for this!
    Wondering if you got knowledge ie how to get the different waves?
    To create for example Theta can I make 100 hz and 106, and for Gamma can I make 100 hz and 115 hz for instance - or will this change? Any lists or something available?

      Hey so I use that picture I showed early in the video to determine which frequencies, but when I look up other sources they can shift slightly. I would just do a Google image search for: binaural beat frequency guide and I would just find one that you like

      Thank you. I did this in Logic which is a thing called a DAW that only works on Apple computers, so if you have one you can look up Logic in the App Store. If you don’t have an Apple computer you can get another DAW like FL Studio, Ableton, or something else but I’m not sure how to make binaural beats on those.

    Si quiero añadir sonido de lluvia o piano ? Debo añadir el sonido de lluvia en el frack 1 y también en el track 2 o con añadir ese sonido de lluvia en uno de los tracks es suficiente ?

    • @4xking
      @4xking  ปีที่แล้ว

      Tengo un otro video que explique cómo añadir otros sonidos. Solo necesitas crear un nuevo track de audio y poner tu sonido de lluvia. O crear un track de midi y tocar el piano. Ojalá este ayude. Buenas suerte.

    Can I ask - if the actual frequencies aren´t in the Solfeggio or healing range themselves, i.e. 432hz, does this have an impact on how healing they are in a binaural setting? If that makes sense? xxx

  • @vois
    @vois 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    why is your audio so low?

    • @4xking
      @4xking  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Probably because my mic isn’t great and I didn’t level it well. I put closed captions on. That may help especially when the frequencies are playing
