That is an existing master recorded sample and falls under copyrighted grounds, however! it depends which copyright holder music your taking the instrumenals from. But! you dont have to worry! all karaoke songs on my channel are approved by the copyright holder that I have a connection with :) In return revenue will be paid to them ^^
