Alluri Seetharamaraju was renowed, fierce freedom fighter, Komuram Bheem was fighting against Nizams against Tribal oppression. They both were excellent strategists in Guerilla warfare. In RRR, they created a fictional story based on, what if these 2 fierce fighters met and fought together.

Nizam nahi dikhayenge... See in both the freedom fighters history there was one similarity. Both went of their places for 3-4 years and come back. So RRR is basically what if the had met in those 3 years and come back to fight their respective areas. RRR is set in Delhi in 1920s. Story is purely fictional
actually allurisita ram raju used to fight the Britishers and Muslim rulers in the attire of Lord Ram hence the look of ram charan is looking like Bhagwan Ram.

He is Alluri Seetha Ramaraju, freedom fighter from Andhra. This is completely a fictional story though.
Ram Charan's look is not of Lord Ram. Its Alluri Sitarama raju. He looked that way and fought the British with bows and arrows. Bheem here has no reference to Bheem from Mahabharatha. It is Komaram Bheem who also fought against the nizam. Its a fictionalised story of what if these 2 characters met before they started their fight against the enemies.
