Yes, we love this campground and plan on returning with our boat. If going between Christmas and New Years (or possibly most of the year, this is just when we camped there in both 2022, and 2023-2024) bring your own bug spray with DEET. They don't sell it in the camp store, and only offer some "non-deet" "natural product that is not just over-priced, it also doesn't work. You need DEET for defense against the No-see-ums. Around Sunset, the No-see-ums swarm out of the mangrove areas, and attack. I had over 20 bites/welts on each leg (lost feeling after the first 4) from trying to hook the power, water, and cable to our rig, and the itching continued for another week.
