タリスマン、現在では全幕で公演を見る機会がほとんどなくて貴重ですね。
有名なパドドゥしか知らずストーリーを調べてここに辿り着きました。
The 'Talisman' pas de deux was created by Pytr Gusev in 1955. The pdd is from the Talisman ballet. I couldn't place the two dancers tho. Anyway, Vorontsova's graceful and beautiful and has bright smiles ❤❤❤. Principal dancer 'Tchetverikov' is wonderful, he moves smoothly and he does impressive lifts ❤❤❤. I have waited, literally decades, to see a proper production of this ballet. Drigos score IMO surpasses Delibes. I only hope one day we get a recording of the music, because I have wanted it for so long!!!

I had seen a full-length Talisman once before, but this was MUCH better! I liked the choreography, sets, costumes, dancers, and pantomime. I thought the story was very clear. This reminded me most of Bayadere.. but also a bit, here and there, of Corsaire, Raymonda, La Source, Sylvia, (and even Lakme). I don't agree with the comment that this score was better than Delibes; but it worked well enough. Thank you so much for showing this production!

This is such rarely performed ballet and music of Drigo is wonderful Thank you! I noticed one thing, the male variation of Pugni (the same music as Taor's variation from Pharaoh's Daughter) is not here, is it because you were trying to reconstruct the original and that variation probably came later?

This number is called "Première sensations". It was composed by Drigo for the talents of violinists Nikolai Galkin and the legendary Leopold Auer.
Please Alexander where did you obtain the score? And is the decor from Petipa's productions?
Thanks Alexander for this rare ballet from Japan ! Would you have too "La fille du Danube" (Taglioni / Lacotte) music by Adolphe Adam, performed in Tokyo (2006) ? It would be wonderfull to see this ballet created by Maria Taglioni
