Front disk brake ragad ke chal rhe honge, disc pad bich bich me tight chal raha hoga. bike ko double stand par khada karke front tire ko hath se ghuma kar dekho dheere dheere aur check karo ki kya tire kahi par thoda rukta hai. AGar haan to front brake me ya to air hai ya fir front disc me halka bend hai.
Thanks for making a brief video on this topic... I lately crashed my bullet 350 at just 10 kmph... Since, it had a fall on left side ..the handle was out ..I managed to get it fixed but now on whenever i drive my bike with NO-hands... It shifts the weight to a bit right then left followed by a wobble... Asked my local mechanic about this and he said that my fork was out and it may cost me 1200/- ...just wanted to know the common symptoms of fork out and if u think that my fork is out...should I try the above steps mentioned in your video on my *Classic 350* ??
Yes, loosen the axle bolt and follow the steps I have shown in the video, if you rotate the shocker tubes and if the shocker tubes are bent then the shocker will move in and out and if not then shocker tubes will remain there.
I can't find the triple tree in my Bullet.... There is only the Main big bolt on top and *top clamps* ... What should I do ???? My bike starts wobbling if I drive with no hands or loose hands ... Btw really thanks for replying and showing concern for my issue.
Bullet has a fixed type tripe tree as you said top clamps, the bike starts wobbling due to irregular brake touching and friction, if your bike has a disc then there are changes that the disc has a bend and it's touching the brake pas at each rotation. So check your bike wobble by removing the brake pads and ride it. if the wobble is removed then here is your culprit. other reasons are uneven worn front tyre and rear wheel worn out bearing.

i hv a bullet electra 2006 my front wheel ws hit by a car from the right and the wheel turned all the way to the left with a bang. after this the alignment ws messed up. i got the handle and wheel rim changed and forks corrected. the alignment was then better but its still not accurate. the wheel is slightly turned to the left. what cd be the reason. ive shown this to several ppl but the problem still persists..i cn clearly feel it when riding.. whats the best way to fix this please ?

Hey brother, i bought a R15 v3 Bs6 on 28th july 2020. The same evening i realised that the bike tends to pull to the left side when i let my hands go off the handlebar. This happens at all speeds whether it be 60 70 or 80. I didnt test it past that speed coz i just bought it so not revving hard. I raised the issue to showroom guys to which they denied saying its not even an issue as the bike js not meant to be ridden without hands. They refered me to service center where , not to my surprise, i got the same answer. They tried it they even called a head mechanic from hero and they all said its not a big issue and just could be that you are getting used to the new motorcycle. But the bike never pulls to the right its always pulling left. Although the bike steers fine with hands on. Ihv read on forums that many r15 v3 owners have faced similar issue but could find any solution on those threads. It seems like the issue is similar to what uhv shown in this video. Are u in delhi? I would like you to fix it fr me.Service center guys are pathetic
I can understand your issue, however I wouldn't be able to look into that personally because I have a job but no shop, don't worry, let me tell you few things you can check on your own, 1. check whether the rear wheel is not aligning with the frame. 2. carefully check the front fork alignment I would love to troubleshoot it myself however the 9 to 7 job will not let me do that. most of the time it's the front fork alignment and rear wheel alignment only.

Detail se pata chalta hai ki front wheel ki alignment se hi issue hai. Agar koi sound aata hai jo speed ke sath badhta hai to double stand par front tyre ko utha ke use ghuma ke dekho ese hi piche wale ko check karo wheel ke ghumne me problem nahi honi chahiye hatho se tyre ghumao aur dhyan se sunne ki koshish karo ki awaz kaha se aa rahi hai

Fork alignment ka ye method pehle mene ek English Channel per bhi dekh kr apni bike pe apply kya lekin boht zyada faraq nahi aya handling me. Abhi bhi meri bike 80+ km/hr pe handle vibrate krti hai or slow speed pe bhi front side jese bumping krta hai. Variable air pressure bhi try kr lye mene tyres bhi change kr ke deth lye. But problem nahi solve hui suspension hard hi lagti. 8/10 km ki ride bhi thaka deti hai. Bike uchalti rehti hai or hilti rehti hai even on straight roads. App plz koi suggestion bata den. Thanks in adv.
Jarur, front shocker hard kuch reasons ki vajah se hota hai 1. Agar Shocker me shocker oil jyada ho 2. Shocker ki oil seal sahi size ki nahi hogi to shocker ko pakad ke rakhegi tight aur gaddho me shocker ko upar niche jane me time lagega esi seal par do boond oil gira kar do teen bar shocker ko upar niche daba ke fir shocker ki tube ko saf kar dena chahiye. 3. Shocker ke andar ek piston hota hai jispar plastic ka ek ring laga hota hai vo agar bilkul ghis jae to bhi shocker thoda atakne lagta ha 4. Ab baat aati hai alignment ki sabse pehle to shocker itne soft hone chahiye ki handle ko pakde hue bike par betho to dabne chahiye aur utho to vo bhi uth jae agar esa nahi hota hai to shocker fir atak rahe hai Alignment ki vajah se bhi esa bahut hoga hai Ek kaam karna apne front shocker ke niche wale axle ke nut ko loose kar dena achhe se bas kholna mat esa karne ke baad fir bike par uthna aur bethna agar nut kholne ke baad shocker soft ho jate hai aur sahi se upar niche hote hai to fir shocker ki chodai me alignment sahi nahi hai to fir use case me ek patla sa washer shocker aur brake hub ke bich me dal dena isse gap ban jaega. fir axle ko tight kar dena aur fir upar niche beth ke dekhna shocker dabne chahiye. Ye karke dekhna fir mujhe batana aur bhi chize hai troubleshoot karne ki vo karenge fir
Agar agla tyre ek side ghisne lag gaya hai to ye to check karna hi chahiye ki shocker tedhe to nahi ho gae hai, nahi to pichle tyre ki alignment kharaba hone se yani ki pichla tire sidha na ho to agle tyre ko tedha hi chalana padta hai. To pichle tyre ki alignment ko bhi check karwana chahiye, use check karne ka tarika hai, jo pichla tire hai vo pichli swing arm se barab door ho.

Hi sir I brought brand new rtr 160 4v .I'm facing handling wobbling issues my handle seeing little right direction not straight I can't seat properly also slow moving very very strangle . please tel me any solution sir
There would be few reasons for your issue: 1. If it's wobbling on flat road, then the the front disk brake caliper is touching or rubbing on disc 2. If the handle goes to right direction: then your alignment is out. 3. And if the movement of steering from left to right or vice versa is tight then the Cone set or handle bearings are tight a little bit. As your bike is brand new, I would suggest you to visit your service center and tell them that this is the manufacturing defect and your bike would be in warranty period as it's new so tell them to diagnose and repair it. If they deny or hesitate, tell them that you have contacted the head office and they told that this will be rectified without any cost. After that tell me what happened, I will guide you for later process.

Mera fz-s 2018 model (around 15000 KM ran) ko le kar pillion ke sath long 200 KM ride kiya, 100 km jane ke bad laut te waqt dikha front fork ka right fork ka oil seal kat gaya, uske bad se right side disbalancing ka problem feel ho raha tha..Fir dono fork ka oil equally 350 ml hai ki na check kiya uske bad bhi problem tha fir maine piche ka Tyre change kiya, uske bad bhi problem raha to maine piche ka swing arm bush and coller change kiya, usse bhi kam nahi bana to handle ka ball racer bhi change kiye fir bhi problem dekh kar piche ka wheel alignment karaya , abhi bhi problem hai .. Chalane ki time right side tilt ka issue aa raha hai 30 KM/H se jada ka speed lene main bhi dar lag raha hai aur handling bhi nahi ho pa raha hai.. kya karoon please suggest 🙏

A vehicle which is pulling to the right does the same due to following reasons: 1. Rear wheel alignment, how much the rear tyre is parallel to the bike frame 2. Bend shockers 3. Front shocker alignment.

Tumhari bike ki swing arm jise ki KENCHI bhi kehte hai uske bush ghis gae honge aur pichla tyre tedha ho raha hoga. Bike ko double stand par khada karke pichla tyre niche se pakad ke hilana. Agar poori kenchi hilti hai to fir kenchi ke bush kat gae honge. Ye bhi ho sakta hai ki ek shocker ka spring andar se toot gaya ho.

Esa to nahi hai, kuki meri bike 100cc hai aur aaj tak 80 se niche chalai hi nahi hai par intake valve thik hai kabhi tight nahi hota, par agar tumhari bike me ho raha hai to ho sakta hai ki valve seat kat rahi ho. Bike kitne Km chal chuki hai
Triple tree sirf front ki taraf bend hota hai usse left right nahi, agar mechanic kehta hai to jaruri nahi hai ki hum us chiz ki research karna shuru kar de. Sirf fork tube ki alignment change hoti hai ya vo bend hote hai bas

Very informative, last week high speed se ek pot hole me chalgaya bike and tabse bike ki brake dabake lean Karne paar ek taraf bike kheech Raha hay like crabbing and only slow speed pe horaha hay aeisa. Kya same problem hosakta hay mere bike pe?

I lately crashed my bullet 350 at just 10 kmph...
Since, it had a fall on left side ..the handle was out ..I managed to get it fixed but now on whenever i drive my bike with NO-hands... It shifts the weight to a bit right then left followed by a wobble... Asked my local mechanic about this and he said that my fork was out and it may cost me 1200/- ...just wanted to know the common symptoms of fork out and if u think that my fork is out...should I try the above steps mentioned in your video on my *Classic 350* ??
Yes, loosen the axle bolt and follow the steps I have shown in the video, if you rotate the shocker tubes and if the shocker tubes are bent then the shocker will move in and out and if not then shocker tubes will remain there.
I can't find the triple tree in my Bullet.... There is only the Main big bolt on top and *top clamps* ...
What should I do ????

Bullet has a fixed type tripe tree as you said top clamps, the bike starts wobbling due to irregular brake touching and friction, if your bike has a disc then there are changes that the disc has a bend and it's touching the brake pas at each rotation. So check your bike wobble by removing the brake pads and ride it. if the wobble is removed then here is your culprit. other reasons are uneven worn front tyre and rear wheel worn out bearing.
@@Mukeshmiktecrep uneven worn tyres wont be the reason cuz its been only 3 months since I bought the bike... Maybe the disc thing is the issue as I said my bike had a crash at just *10kmph* . . .

Agar aap shocker kholte ho to jarur karna chahiye, shocker me 150 - 165ml dal sakte ho, kam dalne se shocker soft ho jate hai aur jyada dalne se hard

That may not be a true free shocker alignment, the shocker will not be staight in to the fork tube

Handle should be pushed very hard as you can but after that you have to keep it straight until you tighten the Big Bolt and Pinch bolts.

Hi sir, in my bike, my handle seems to bent towards right while riding but handle is straight. I went to mechanic today, he just smacked the front tyre with his feet with all his power and it got straight. Is it permanent or should I go for alignment.

my front wheel ws hit by a car from the right and the wheel turned all the way to the left with a bang.
after this the alignment ws messed up. i got the handle and wheel rim changed and forks corrected. the alignment was then better but its still not accurate.
the wheel is slightly turned to the left. what cd be the reason. ive shown this to several ppl but the problem still persists..i cn clearly feel it when riding..
whats the best way to fix this please ?
Loosen all the bolts related to the front fork and then manually try to rotate and align the wheel

Hey brother, i bought a R15 v3 Bs6 on 28th july 2020. The same evening i realised that the bike tends to pull to the left side when i let my hands go off the handlebar. This happens at all speeds whether it be 60 70 or 80. I didnt test it past that speed coz i just bought it so not revving hard. I raised the issue to showroom guys to which they denied saying its not even an issue as the bike js not meant to be ridden without hands. They refered me to service center where , not to my surprise, i got the same answer. They tried it they even called a head mechanic from hero and they all said its not a big issue and just could be that you are getting used to the new motorcycle. But the bike never pulls to the right its always pulling left. Although the bike steers fine with hands on.
Ihv read on forums that many r15 v3 owners have faced similar issue but could find any solution on those threads.
It seems like the issue is similar to what uhv shown in this video. Are u in delhi? I would like you to fix it fr me.Service center guys are pathetic
I can understand your issue, however I wouldn't be able to look into that personally because I have a job but no shop, don't worry, let me tell you few things you can check on your own,
1. check whether the rear wheel is not aligning with the frame.
2. carefully check the front fork alignment
I would love to troubleshoot it myself however the 9 to 7 job will not let me do that.
most of the time it's the front fork alignment and rear wheel alignment only.

SVC wale hamesha bolte hain koi sound nahi hai .. apke dimag me hai .. even engineer ko bhi nahi laga koi sound .. apne jo method bola hai wo main karunga aur report karunga apko ki kya result hai .. thank you again bhai ..

Hello bhai. Thanks for this video. I m from karachi pakistan. Fork alignment ka ye method pehle mene ek English Channel per bhi dekh kr apni bike pe apply kya lekin boht zyada faraq nahi aya handling me. Abhi bhi meri bike 80+ km/hr pe handle vibrate krti hai or slow speed pe bhi front side jese bumping krta hai. Variable air pressure bhi try kr lye mene tyres bhi change kr ke deth lye. But problem nahi solve hui suspension hard hi lagti. 8/10 km ki ride bhi thaka deti hai. Bike uchalti rehti hai or hilti rehti hai even on straight roads. App plz koi suggestion bata den.

Jarur, front shocker hard kuch reasons ki vajah se hota hai
1. Agar Shocker me shocker oil jyada ho
2. Shocker ki oil seal sahi size ki nahi hogi to shocker ko pakad ke rakhegi tight aur gaddho me shocker ko upar niche jane me time lagega esi seal par do boond oil gira kar do teen bar shocker ko upar niche daba ke fir shocker ki tube ko saf kar dena chahiye.
3. Shocker ke andar ek piston hota hai jispar plastic ka ek ring laga hota hai vo agar bilkul ghis jae to bhi shocker thoda atakne lagta ha
4. Ab baat aati hai alignment ki sabse pehle to shocker itne soft hone chahiye ki handle ko pakde hue bike par betho to dabne chahiye aur utho to vo bhi uth jae agar esa nahi hota hai to shocker fir atak rahe hai
Alignment ki vajah se bhi esa bahut hoga hai
Ek kaam karna apne front shocker ke niche wale axle ke nut ko loose kar dena achhe se bas kholna mat esa karne ke baad fir bike par uthna aur bethna agar nut kholne ke baad shocker soft ho jate hai aur sahi se upar niche hote hai to fir shocker ki chodai me alignment sahi nahi hai to fir use case me ek patla sa washer shocker aur brake hub ke bich me dal dena isse gap ban jaega.
fir axle ko tight kar dena aur fir upar niche beth ke dekhna shocker dabne chahiye.
Ye karke dekhna fir mujhe batana aur bhi chize hai troubleshoot karne ki vo karenge fir

To pichle tyre ki alignment ko bhi check karwana chahiye, use check karne ka tarika hai, jo pichla tire hai vo pichli swing arm se barab door ho.

Hi sir I brought brand new rtr 160 4v .I'm facing handling wobbling issues my handle seeing little right direction not straight I can't seat properly also slow moving very very strangle . please tel me any solution sir
There would be few reasons for your issue:
1. If it's wobbling on flat road, then the the front disk brake caliper is touching or rubbing on disc
2. If the handle goes to right direction: then your alignment is out.
3. And if the movement of steering from left to right or vice versa is tight then the Cone set or handle bearings are tight a little bit.
As your bike is brand new, I would suggest you to visit your service center and tell them that this is the manufacturing defect and your bike would be in warranty period as it's new so tell them to diagnose and repair it.
If they deny or hesitate, tell them that you have contacted the head office and they told that this will be rectified without any cost.
After that tell me what happened, I will guide you for later process.

Mera fz-s 2018 model (around 15000 KM ran) ko le kar pillion ke sath long 200 KM ride kiya, 100 km jane ke bad laut te waqt dikha front fork ka right fork ka oil seal kat gaya, uske bad se right side disbalancing ka problem feel ho raha tha..Fir dono fork ka oil equally 350 ml hai ki na check kiya uske bad bhi problem tha fir maine piche ka Tyre change kiya, uske bad bhi problem raha to maine piche ka swing arm bush and coller change kiya, usse bhi kam nahi bana to handle ka ball racer bhi change kiye fir bhi problem dekh kar piche ka wheel alignment karaya , abhi bhi problem hai ..
Chalane ki time right side tilt ka issue aa raha hai 30 KM/H se jada ka speed lene main bhi dar lag raha hai aur handling bhi nahi ho pa raha hai.. kya karoon please suggest 🙏

My vehicle pulls to right side everything check is normal but still handle pulls to right side while driving any reason
A vehicle which is pulling to the right does the same due to following reasons:
1. Rear wheel alignment, how much the rear tyre is parallel to the bike frame
2. Bend shockers
3. Front shocker alignment.
@@Mukeshmiktecrep ok will ask service centre to check this happened when a worker of Honda service centre pulled force the handle for turning the bike on a single stand and the issue started currently they arr unable to repair it properly
They are not ready to understand the issue
Please let me know who is expert for alignmnet or machine available in Mumbai as the service centre is not able to understand the problem

Tumhari bike ki swing arm jise ki KENCHI bhi kehte hai uske bush ghis gae honge aur pichla tyre tedha ho raha hoga. Bike ko double stand par khada karke pichla tyre niche se pakad ke hilana.
Agar poori kenchi hilti hai to fir kenchi ke bush kat gae honge.
Ye bhi ho sakta hai ki ek shocker ka spring andar se toot gaya ho.

125ml se 165 tak agar shocker soft rakhna hai to 125 nahi to 165

Esa to nahi hai, kuki meri bike 100cc hai aur aaj tak 80 se niche chalai hi nahi hai par intake valve thik hai kabhi tight nahi hota, par agar tumhari bike me ho raha hai to ho sakta hai ki valve seat kat rahi ho.

Triple tree sirf front ki taraf bend hota hai usse left right nahi, agar mechanic kehta hai to jaruri nahi hai ki hum us chiz ki research karna shuru kar de.
