@@yikes5522 It depends on the tribal dish. There are countless methods of cooking the same dish. The frying pan method is actually a modernized or westernized method of cooking for appeal. An example I can give you is Nigerian Tomato Stew. Some of us blend the tomato, pepper and onion, then we add salt and oil. Others prefer to fry onions in the oil first before adding the blend for extra flavour. Some make their stew with more water and less oil, while others prefer otherwise.
Your videos warm my heart! Not only are you going places that are on my list but the educational component is off the charts!! I will use this video to show how eating well can be both nourishing and economical For much of the world, plant protein takes the place of meat protein. Thanks again for delivering so much content in your videos!! Lastly, your beautiful wife seems "over the moon" happy! I am so glad for you both!!😊.
@@crissoaThat's true but carbs being the bulk of calories is fine too. Keep in mind not just the beans but the rice, starchy vegetables, and bread all have some protein too. It adds up
Rice + beans gives the complete amino acids that make up protein. So the beans and beans stew make it a balanced vegetarian diet.
I love these videos I learn so much

Milk is part of our diet. Cows are sacred in our culture. Also cassava flour and leaves. Leaves when dried and cook can contain up to 25% protein.
Looking at this video I think Rishi idea of sending illegal immigrants to Rwanda was not a bad idea
