- Visual Basic .NET + Arduino IDE + NodeMCU V3 | Communication VB NET Application with NodeMCU V3 Using UDP Via WiFi. In this project video I use Arduino IDE 1.8.9 , Notepad++ V7.7.1 , Visual Studio 2015 and LoLin NodeMCU V3 ESP8266/ESP12E.

The code file is saved in the .rar file format. I created a .rar file using Winrar V5.50, so to extract it, make sure you use the same version of Winrar that I use or the latest version or use the winrar extractor online.

Hello, I want to thank you very much for your explanation and sharing the source code with us, I have a little problem, when I change the destination IP address actually it does not change, it saves the old IP and sends the data to the old IP
If u have a solution please to disconnect from the old ip address and connect to the new IP
or any other solution

cordial saludo, muchas gracias por compartir este proyecto, yo estoy replicando la primera parte (enviar mensaje de VB al ESP y responder), si envía del VB al ESP32 pero cuando le regreso datos no los recibe el programa de Visual, le puse un TRY en el timer y me sale un mensaje de error "no se puede completar de forma inmediata una operación de desbloqueo de socket" , ud me puede ayudar con este problema?
hola, disculpa tengo la duda, cuando usas el ESp32, la libreria a incluir del wifi, solo cambias el nombre del controlador esp8266 por el esp32??
@@CarlosSanchez-wp2bg Hola Carlos, este proyecto lo deje en stand by por otra ocupación, la idea es en menos de un mes y medio volver a trabajarlo desde ceros a ver que me sale. No se mucho de comunicaciones TCP ni UDP así que me valgo de los tutoriales en red básicamente (pero a ciegas).

hola, ya después de varias semanas me estoy adentrando mas y digamos ya estoy familiarizado con esto un poco mas, ya logre hacer varios proyectos pero igual tengo el mismo problema que tu, solo puedo enviar desde visual hacia el esp, pero cuando envio del esp al vb no llega el mensaje, ya lo pudiste resolver??

I've never done that so I can't answer your question. Maybe you can ask this in the arduino forum or in the vb forum.

The app and nodemcu must be on the same network.
