and we need to bring awareness to it among Gen Z so that our youth do not become victims like in Western countries. Drugs have very bad side effects on our bodies; we have discussed them in detail.

Facts
Actually It depends on your mindset. Because phone addiction is limited to our mindset. It doesn't show any major withdrawal syndrome on our body. If you make a routine and gradually try to change your timetable and try to focus on work or studies it will change you with time . And you need to know difference between addiction and habits. Habits are relatively easier to change than addiction. Phone and screentime these are habits not addiction.
I'm happy that I don't do drugs, smoke, or drink alcohol like some other people my age. Also none of my college friends do those things ❤️

I am 23 years old and have never touched cigarette, alcohol or anything else and even being an engineering student it's common to be surrounded by people who are heavily into drugs and alcohol but I always choose life, I choose a different addiction, the addiction of football, the addiction of cricket and the addiction of Travelling.... This things helped me to stay away from drugs & alcohol and also my strong decision and saying no to drugs helped me too.. I am gald to have friends and seniors who always stand by my decision and also supporting me and also give up their addiction with my help and I am glad too... I would always advice all the young kid who are going into colleges if you want to stay away from this addiction then choose sports, music, art anything that involves a lot of time and physical or mental activity which will actually make you stay away from this things.. Be safe, be happy.. Say no to drugs and alcohol ❤

Bohot dukh hota hai dekhke ki jab bhi nightout ho ya 7-8 dost mile to 2-3 bottle to khulti hi khulti hai. Even all of my friends do these kind of activities . Really sad to see where society is heading to.....Great video my 36 Biradari Friend.

I have had friends from the highest societies of Mumbai and most of the people who consume drugs are the people who have fucked up family lives and also because of the circles they hang out in.

This was an amazing vid, A lot to think about and changes needs to be employed if we wanna stop this from ruining our youth, Btw just a small suggestion, it would have been nice to include some government or NGO helpline no. and websites who focuses on Drug abuse and prevention or rehab. I have known a lot of people who want help to get rid of this addiction but don't know the basis to get it. The taboo of talking about this issue is one of the main reasons of increase in drug abuse

I'm a recent school pass out. Our farewell was cancelled 'cause of a mishap in our school so the 2023-24 batch decided to host the farewell themselves at a club.At first, I was a bit hesitant to join the party but finally I had to go 'cause I was insisted a lot by few of my friends.
I arrived there, everything was going fine but then...I saw my batchmates smoking. Idk why they do it. We're literally taught from a very young age to stay away from smoking and all those things but still...like freaking what!?...Why the hell are you giving yourself cancer? Does gen-z really think it looks cool to inhale smoke. The funny thing is, one of my own classmates was also smoking (i regret not stopping him) and he says that he wants to be a doctor.
