Sagar, you are a inspiration. I am from Kolkata, and being in Delhi, whenever I refer business personality from Kolkata, I refer you guys. Personally I have been consuming wow momo for allmost 10 years. It's really wow. But a slight disappointment in last one year and so, I feel you need revisit your quality and taste. I really want to see you guys grow. Having said that consistency its indespensible.

One metric WOW momo needs to check is how many are repeat orders. Most order once and since it doesn't meet the expectation order momos from some other resturant. They can easily gets these metrics via food aggregators like zomato and swiggy. Focus should be on getting repeat orders.

Hello Kamiya, it's been a pleasure watching your videos. You're choosing good people to make shows on. I like the production quality and straight forward Q n A session and the way you present food culinary and food culture of India and the Indian people. Our country is huge and very diverse and it's often very easy to get lost in the process of finding new content for your presentation.
Although I liked this video above, but there are few things i thought would have made this video even better.
    Those are:-
1# A little bit more background about the founder.
2# What advice this entrepreneur would want to give to those who have plans or is already walking in his way of entrepreneurship.
3# Does he have any plans of taking the business off-shore. Just like Mac and Kfc etc?
4# And always give the food you're tasting to your camera guy and crew and include them as a team Curly Tales, instead of leaning towards solo.
I hope you won't get mad at me for giving few tips.
Take care and love you ♥️

Momos might have originated from Tibet but nowadays momo is a nepali dish made famous in nepal , and the taste we get today is purely nepali ,and by the way the name momo is nepali word ,and buff momo is the best .

Momo is a Tibetan word. Chinese version is called Jiaoze or Paoze(dumplings) and Japanese version is called Gyoza. Every family momo tastes little different. I like the way my aunt used to make it. She mixes green chives in the meat. gives it a distinct flavor.

Really inspired by your story sir. But honest feedback - your momos suck!
They aren’t tasty at all. The thing is that you’ve done a great thing by “commercialising” the concept of momos which used to get sold at small thelas but you’ve not managed to get that taste at all.
The chutneys your chain provides is extremely bad. In fact you guys fry the frozen stuff , I mean I don’t have a problem with that but the momos don’t even get heated properly from within.
Please just take this feedback and check your Zomato, Swiggy ratings as well. Do a RCA and come up with better and good quality momos.
    All the best

Hello please kindly pass on this review to the dearest Wow momo wala
I AM sorry to say this, but with all due respect Wow momo sucks.
1st it isnt pocket friendly at all. Thik hai that can be ignored if the quality and taste of momos was good.
The momos of every item tastes horrible. The sauces taste horrible and only spicy and vinegary.
Every single item on the menu isnt worth spending money on.
I am surprised lots of people still eat from Wow momos. Pity them.

Most of the momo sold in Indian streets are mediocre quality. Indians see momo as a cheap fast food when in reality, Tibetans( culture from where momo originates) make momo only on special occasions ( since it's so time consuming to make it). The whole family gets together and prepares momo together. The quality( thickness, ingredients) of momo also obviously is much higher than your local vendor selling on the streets. Tibetans have made momo popular in countries like Switzerland too. There is a sizeable Tibetan community in german speaking part of Switzerland and the beef momo is pretty popular with the Swiss people. It's not hard to come across momo being sold in restaurants as well as food festivals, train stations and Christmas markets.
