I really hate to say this the house isn’t bad but it’s the way this nice man is presenting it I think when you’re presenting at home, you have to at least know the verbiage that he’s going to track a buyer when you work in a building industry in real estate how are you present the house is everything and I would never call a home a crib that’s OK when you’re talking to your friends I get it this presentation needs to be cleaned up
