section 69 of BNS will allow PROSTITUTION & SEXTORTION against men, how the fuck is consensual sex of a women with a man on agreement of JOB or promotion be judged on moral grounds? This is prostitution where she is offering sexual services or exchanging her body for mutual benefit? She knows that there are stringent provisions that a man would have to faceoff in case if anything from his end if FORCED. right? But if the women decides to cross the line and have fun with the man for job, why punish the man on moral grounds since Adultery is not a crime. The government and law cannot be involved in such a business agreement bw two interested parties involving a body trade.
The company in which the man is working for can take a legal action against both the man & women for breaking the code of conduct, but how is law taking things in own hands to judge the consensual agreement of sex in return of job or promotion? The lady or women in her sound state of mind is making a decision to hand over her body to the man to be exploited in exchange of job wherein both the man & women have mutual pleasure. After that, if she complains that the sex was non consensual and void because she is not getting what she wanted, how fair in moral sense is this? HOW CAN this be judged on MORAL GROUNDs?
This above business agreement should be dealt by consumer court where an agreement must be signed by the women complying that the consent for sex lies as long as the agreement is followed and breach of which could lead to some amount of fine that a CUSTOMER/CLIENT will be liable to pay for the offence against the agreement.
Otherwise, A LOT OF FAKE CASES will be lodged against men even though there will no such proofs. Agreement indicating the nature of business bw the man and women is must.
You see the law or government will not punish the act of PROMISING JOB PROMOTION in return of sexual favour instead it is punishing the specific GENDER for involving in an illicit act (ADULTERY DECRIMINALISED) that is as per the women's convinience? So if the deal goes well, then BJP and LAW has no issue, but if the deal doesn't go well, you forget the promiscuity of the women involved in such an act and only punish the man. BASICALLY JUDGING or MORAL POLICING of one specific GENDER? Why are men not humans?
Instead they have no problem if the deal or business goes well all goes well.
My words above might sound disturbing since a man at such responsible position as BOSS should not misuse his powers to hire candidates apart from merit and skills instead based on the sexual service they offer. Then what is the need of education and qualification if body can fetch you jobs?
But can you also agree that a women who offered sexual service in return of favor is equally promiscuous and is not being judged/policed morally? Then why only punish the man if this is not rape.
Is the man only benefitting from such sexual relationship? is the women not enjoying like a prostitute or so called RANDIs when she sleeping for job or promotion? then why complain on moral grounds for such infringement's in commercial agreement.
The reason I am so pissed is because these women who have double stands want to sleep around & not face consequences for their decision. However ,men are jailed for having same pleasure that she has in the illicit fucking act.
Please make BNS 69 Gender neutral law and also revamp deceitful in terms of favors otherwise specific to benefit both the parties like money job promotion transfer where both the man and women have accepted committing an adultery ( sexual act) and there must be no reason to judge this on any moral grounds. Instead can be dealt if required as a consumer issue provided there is enough documentation over the same

Because rape must only be applicable if the relationship is totally non - consensual, and the punishment for rape is extremely severe in itself.

2. If there is no intention of cheating beforehand, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, one partner decides to end the relationship, then they must not be punished under any charges.
3. Any female who intentionally files a false rape case against any male, knowing that it's not rape must be punished with imprisonment which may extend to 10 years.
