Yes you are right. If husband is living in adultery, wife can ask huge compensation. But that doesn't mean you have to fulfill every demands of wife. Yes she can file 498a but AB bail is available to husband easily

Yes you are right. If husband is living in adultery, wife can ask huge compensation. But that doesn't mean you have to fulfill every demands of wife. Yes she can file 498a but AB bail is available to husband easily
