You're an entrepreneur. You just started a business, and you're asking the question everybody struggles with. "Who do I hire first as my first employee?" Do I hire somebody in sales, marketing, operations, accounting, finance, product development, legal? Who do I hire first? Answering that question when hiring your first employee is a very simple answer that I get into in this video.

Hi Patrick! Would you give me some advice? I've noticed some of my greatest weaknesses are related to coding. How do i get my first software dev to build the inner structure of an app without having him stealing/replicating the main idea? Thanks in advance man. This young enthusiastic boy sends his greetings from Argentina.

Steve Jobs couldn't actually code. He was good at electronics but not as good as he was at Sales, Marketing, branding and design. However Wozniak was the opposite; an INSANE engineer in electronics and coding however was super introverted and wanted to give the Apple 1 away for free (and did at first). The two complemented each other perfectly. Great video Pat

This is awesome! One piece of advice I would add is the incredible importance of having having written copy for your processes. To new business owners, your company is what you write. When it comes time to onboard staff you will have the tasks you want to delegate on hand, in writing and ready to go for your job description!

Dam, I swear that these videos come out exactly when I need. I am literally in the process of picking my first partner/employee and i've been debating. The part about picking someone who is like you is so right. I realize I was not moving forward because It was "fun" to think about someone with my same skills along side but at the end of the day, I need to focus on fixing the weaknesses. TY!

We have seen him apply his own discoveries that he has taught us over years and the proof is literally all there. He has duplicated his buisiness over and over again. One of my biggest role models❗️

Valuetainment I agree 50/50 because without sales your business is dead. If you dont have much money starting out and you're the salesperson you can hire a second salesperson to double income then hire admin. Do you agree?

The Business Channel Sales is converting prospect to customer whereas marketer turn stranger to prospect.
You can quadraple your sales team but in the end, without leads you will not able to get people to close your sales pitch.

Hanry Chan in some ways I can understand what your thinking, business schools tends to be like that - schools of Medical, Architecture, Engineering, Law etc. tend to be better. As Patrick said in the video - 'Should you drop out of college' something like that, I'm not entirely sure. 'Those schools require more detail'.
