I like how tinker knight holds his neutrality from all the other shovel knight games of being an absolute pushover at first but then brings out his mech and then the fight becomes absolutely chaotic
Kinda surprised there wasn't some kind of secret final boss or something after Drill Knight. Kinda felt like it was leading up to him unleashing some kind of major evil or something from the vault that you'd have to fight.

Is this game taking place before the first Shovel Knight ? With him not being famous as opposed to the first game, Tinkerer knight only starting to build his mech and Mole knight getting his first game look in the epilogue.
Tinker Knight's first phase gets increasingly pathetic throughout the timeline. He goes from a personal flying machine, to riding a beyblade, to "EEEK!"
This is a sequel. Shield Knight’s back to normal, Drill Knight keeps bringing up the Tower of Fate, and even rags on Shovel Knight’s farming hobby that he took up to take his mind off of losing Shield Knight before he found out that she lived.
Prequel, 1, enchantress hasn't formed the order of no quarter 2, you can see tinker knight working on his mech in the ending 3, you can see mole knight take on his modern look in the ending
is it just me or did the gem in 2:12 look like the color sceem of the enchantrus, and isn't the HEXCAVATOR's drill LITERALY THE TOP OF THE TOWER OF FATE?!?!?

Yes, and they started from 'The Tower'...Hmmmmm.
Plot twist: there is a true final boss that Jaba forgot about which proves the enchantress actually does exist in-game.
