Also, with this vid, I just realised I never said that with the last 2 builds we also used HoS & GV for buffs and of course used Terra magic for additional damage for build #2. That's why you create another character I have 5 2 of them are both arcane but one is poison other is bleed. Yeah, so hard to decide what playstyle/weapon to use when lot's of them are good.

I want to use spells. but the use of spells must feel natural with the melee fights Would faith+dex or faith+str be the way to go? ___EDIT: - Actually, your death knight build looks amazing. Just as amazing as the Lord of Light - Can you use more spells with that build?
Is there a reason to use Relanna's Cameo with the Milady for the 15% damage, while the Twohanded Sword Talisman gives also 15% to all the damage, you just don't need to hold the stand for it to trigger the damage boost? Or does it not count because the Wing Stance kinda uses it with one hand?
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure if you use carian sovereignty on the claymore, you get hyper armor. At least I think that's what youwy tested
The claymore or iron greatsword with cold affinities are actually better with their hyper armor, Fextra made a build and explains the numbers a bit better. But using a cold Iron greatsword will give you more damage and hyper armor over any other type of weapon that you can put the ash on.

You know…After I cheese many bosses with fingershield and thrusting weapon, I kinda like that build now haha…very relaxing fight…not cool but relaxing…
Depends on the build - for instance with the milady build you could run things like lord of bloods exultation if you’re running bloodflame - but to cover all builds you can run the ritual swords talisman to get a +10% damage boost when you’re at full HP
can someone explain to me the point of late game builds like these? If youre not getting a lot of these till level 100 you've pretty much done everything. (im new to the game so genuine question)
@@dontworry6947 a lot of people go into numerous NG+’s - NG+ is resetting the game from the beginning BUT keep your characters stats/inventory and enemies become harder each time you replay the game - LVL150 is kind of the minimum needed to get through the toughest NG+ scaling which is NG+7 :)

Love dlc but damn the clarity is sub par compared to the base game feel like the dlc is not made visually as well, it’s always dark and raining and performance on pc isn’t the best but gameplay and weapons are obviously great
Wait. Faith and arcane? I thought that was just for bleed? And incantations? Just when you think you know something. I thought that you always needed max dexterity for katanas.
@@Therichieking it depends how you set up the weapon - with this one we changed the ash of war and made it an “occult” type weapon so it predominantly scales with arcane :)
Those playing Elden Ring using SD, how come youtube videos like this shows the fight are like zoomed out but when I play the bosses i feel like im always right under their crotch. Anyway to zoom out the camera?
I think I was using flenzy flame seal and dragonslayer seal but use one that’ll help with whatever incants you want to use - if you’re only using the buffs, then it doesn’t matter what seal you use
i'm really struggling to find a fun build in elden ring, i've tested some builds but most of them are so broken that turns out to be boring and others are just dogshit. I need help guys, i think i'm getting bored of the game at this point, not the builds...
Tbh, I think a lot of people are realising this - defo reaching the limit with “fun builds” that can be made as the DLC didn’t overly bring much more to the game. Most weapons are just reskins of base game weapons & there’s minimal weapons for the new weapon types :/

Yeah I mean, there's now 27 tears per playthrough but still would be nice if we can buy unlimited amount from a vendor :)

Great Katana Bleed Affinity with Repeating Thrust melts even on NG+, just staggered and killed bayle before going to 2nd phase

For the swordmaster. If you dont want to put Faith 33, just upgrade to 15 and use the classic. FGMS, dagger with Golden Vow AoW and Bloodflame blade

I found it more stylish and fun using Quality Milady with Quality Dane's Footwork on 40/40
Def use the deflecting tear instead for milady
Death Knight's Longshaft Axe that is a greataxe is actually much better than Lightning Twinaxes...

Yeah, I just prefer the axes as I find them more fun to use - I also feel I can get more damage out of them :)

Two-handed Talisman doesn't work with weapon skills nor paired weapons

Check out my blood fiend arm build if you’re struggling - it’s stupidly OP (still broken even after patch) and can break radahn in seconds! :)

It’s just the default camera for me - not sure if you can change FOV on PC but this is just the standard for everyone :)
