I remember the Victoria 2 mod with zombies. Fuck it was hard. Bruh once they reached india and china it became wave after wave of em. They used the rebel mechanic but changed it so they kept spawning from provinces with pops left. and everytime they spawned more and more of the provinces pops would die, until the province was empty of pops and colonizable. I survived as france building the mega Maginot line and crying behind my forts. It was fun as hell, but it was just based off vanilla. So play it at your risk
It also had infection mechanics if I recall correctly, so provinces in your country could randomly develop zombies or if zombies took one of your provinces and you had to park a stack on top of it and do something I cant remember to get rid of it. And much like rebels troops in your army could get infected. It was a fun little mod.
Places not to be: Paris, London, U.S.A. Africa, Moscow(Unless you are far away from Saint Basil's Cathedral. This the only place that disasters in movies happen), South America, Random Islands in the Pacific, Australia, China and India. Places to go to: Locations that the protagonists are, Nepal, Siberia, Random Islands in Mediterranean sea(this is usually were the bad guy escaped to), Madagascar, Greenland and New Zealand(they don't even appear in the maps of "destroyed earth". They are that good!).

Those borders, after WWI and the miracle on the Vistula, made no sense. Neither side was happy. And we're not talking about Ukrainians who wanted independence...I won't bore you with a history lecture. In short, I know what you mean. I was simply amused that someone told him that Poland was no longer Eastern Europe and then said so (and included the Czech Republic, which amused and slightly surprised me, at the same time). I understand that from the point of view of the West (especially the Americans who are happy to remember their own countries) we are just "one of those" countries that were once all communist. And they'd all prefer to still be building bright tomorrows if the more "progressive" West hadn't "defeated" them. We have Gorbachev to thank and be grateful to. He was the only one who understood that both the USSR and the Eastern Bloc had to reform or everything would fall apart. Fortunately, he was not a dictator, in the harsh sense of the word. But as we know, it's much more complicated than that. In short, we were part of the Eastern Bloc. But that doesn't mean we are still Eastern Europe today. It's nice to see the difference between the countries that became part of the EU and those that didn't. (e.g. in the Balkans)
Honestly it maybe possible if not even that hard to beat this. The troops seem to have VERY low moral and probably just awful stats overall. At the start of the video a 40k unit almost lost to 5k Trebizond unit. The Ottomans were also able to hold them off in Anatolia so i think if you were one of the stronger nations you would be pretty fine.
Hungary survive without the Zombies even touch it, just to be pushed back by Austria and Ottomans. I think those 2 is a bit OP. xD Then the Winged Hussars arrived.
maybe limit colonial range so it wont be that the ai fills in the entire new world but only is limited to europe when you give them the buff to resettle
turns out the one thing zombies can't do is swim. imagine if they knew how to use a navy, then we'd be in trouble
