Amazfit Cheetah coaching features ,dual band 6 gps tracking max track...precise navigation can use third party platforms Strava etc £89 black Friday deal...
Suunto Race has been great! Screen, battery life, app and GPS all excellent. Wrist HR tracking is terrible, but it's such good value you can justify buying a chest strap.
is it worth getting a 255 if I already have apple watch? Not too bothered with the battery difference, and the recovery stats etc. since I am doing the workout regardless of 'feel' anyway so not sure if it adds that much value.
I love my Polar Pacer Pro! Mine is almost 2 years old, the batter life is awesome and I’ve been very happy with it! I’ll buy another when this one finally goes.
Do you know if something like Race Screen or GRun where you can adjust the distance to milestones during a race is available for the Suunto Race S? Thanks!
Have you heard of the Amazfit T-Rex 3? Apparently they claim it’s a close match to the Garmin Fenix but for a fraction of the price. On their website it claims to track running power but none of the review videos I’ve watched specifically shows it does. I’d like to know if you need a foot pod to make this feature work. I know my Coros tracks running power because I use their foot pod. It would be great if you guys could get your hands on one and test this feature out. I’m sure I’m not the only runner out there who’d love to know if this is worth buying or not. Your reviews are always solid and I trust what you have to say. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers! 🤗🇨🇦
Overpriced tech that is outdated in 2 to 3 years... there are many competitors like the Apple and Samsung ULTRAS which are half the cost with the same ruggedness using titanium cases... Samsung will give 50% of the cost back after 3 or 4 years. Does not make sense to by garmin.
It depends. The watches can be replacements for coaches, gyms, trainers, music player, gps devices, bike computer, etc. For me it was replacement for a gym membership, so I saved money.
@@nitrologly The Suunto Race S is £328. It's totally over the top. I use a bog-standard Garmin and has served me well for 3 years. I guess it depends on how rich you are, too, and I'm definitely not.
No one cast stones but using Garmin for 5 years and just returned my Fenix 8 for a Coros Pace 3 and loving it!
Awesome to see the 255 and 955 still kicking it, definitely some godly deals on those right now 🔥
I paid £350 for the 955 six months ago. Great watch and I love it. I get regular software updates for it still too.

Tbf... that's unbelievable!

Is that the original suunto race or the s model with supposedly better heart rate sensor?
@@dally80 Original Suunto Race, can't comment about the S.
I have had a Coros Pace 2 and loved until this week when it had a major fail, unfixable after 3 years, is that how long they last ?

I miss Polar watches in your video - what about Polar pacer/pro, M3 och and V3?

@@laurippt Polar pacer pro is a great watch, packed with features and very reliable.

I got the 265 for $350 earlier this year when it was the same price as the 255 for a while

In the UK, Boots (the chemist) of all places is selling the Forerunner 255 in blue for just under £200 at the moment. Seems a great deal.
I bought a brand new 955 for £300
I bought used 955 for 240€ :)
I can not find the white Titanium epic 2 anywhere for less that £600
