when you say basic household, how basic and where are you from? You mean like "salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, butter, onion, tomato, egg, milk, bread" ? That's as basic as i think it can get, maybe throw in potatoes too. if you dont have at least those things, that's probably becuz you dont like them. or allergic. Apparently tasty considers Cheese a basic ingredient and i'm almost inclined to agree lmao. -

I feel that hun, cause every time i go yeah I can make that, they show some ingredient which I've never heard in my life and the interest in watching the whole shit just disappears, thinking that I'm not gonna make it anyway ,so why watch it
Oh god, just right the name down and when u go to the groceries ask someone to help. One grocery store doesnt hold all the ingredients there are in the world, so u have to try a few markets. Either the Asian or middle easter one. In American you can find that diversity. Just do a little research and have fun cooking!! I will give you a tip, I can find all of those stuff either at Trader Joe's, Vons, Albertsons, Ralph's, Rancho Market, Marukai, some even at costco.

Not that hard to find the ingridients I live in Canada and I can find all of those plus more.. go to an Asian super market or Caribbean..😌 even main stream Grocery stores carry most of those here.

I made the alfredo pasta with crushed/minced garlic because I didn’t have any fresh garlic but it turned out quite nice. It is a pretty heavy sauce because there’s so much milk and garlic but it’s nice to have in small portions

I made the orange chicken tonight and happy to say that it was pretty good! Excited to try the butter chicken if I can track down where to get garam masala around my town (prob gonna amazon it). On a side note, yeah I’m not expecting it to taste like what I would get from a restaurant but I’m just here to find easy and tasty chicken recipes like the vid says.
Not to call you out in a bad way, but I love the creativity that Tasty uses to reuse old footage for new videos. Taking old things and showing them in a new way, like your simplified Coq au Vin and Risotto recipes. Keep up the good work Tasty.

They left out one of the best chicken dishes, lemon chicken paillard! Loved it since I was 12! I found a restaurant (well my office mate did) west of the wall street district but also left of the twin towers by about 4 blocks. It was a tiny authentic restaurant and food was amazing! Such memories of Manhattan!

I just made the chicken Alfredo and it was ok. Needed more garlic and next time I'll use fresh herbs. Not a bad recipe though for a spur of the moment dinner.

I thought that mixing the raw chicken with the vegetables could be a bad idea but maybe I’m mistaken.
The amount of aluminum ions that leech into the food because of the tomatoes is insanely minimal. This is just one of those old wives tales that are based on a partial truth that is then blown to extreme proportions.
