I’ve been confident before. Socially fluid, standing up straight with my shoulders back, not letting people disrespect me, and having presence in the room. However, I have always deep down felt inferior unworthy and like I just ain’t who I truly want to be and I can’t have what I really want to have. I don’t know how to fix that. It’s seriously like deep seated and imbedded in my mind, and once that gets ahold of me I become a self destructive addict like I am now. Been going through this cycle my whole life it feels like.
I been writing down my goals everyday first thing in the morning then meditation around 30 minutes..before caffeine or any phone use. It helps me a lot. Highly recommend
The low self esteem that comes from spreading your seed and watching p*rn is prolly the worst thing. I hope all my brothers that been watching this gain back their confidence and willpower. Be ready to become the best version of yourself guys
