If you want to go camping near Letchworth State Park, we highly recommend the Woodstream Campsite Campground in Gainesville, NY. In this campground review, we show this beautiful campground nestled along a peaceful stream in the Finger Lakes area of New York State.
This campground offers many overnight sites as well as seasonal, has a new pool, a well-appointed camp store, cabins to rent, and plenty of open areas for the kids to run around and play, including tubing down the stream that runs right through the campground.
This campground is located about a 10-minute drive from Letchworth State Park's Southern Entrance (Castile, NY), which is where the Lower, Middle and Upper Falls are located as well as the Glen Iris Inn and Restaurant.
