Terry O'Quinn really showcases some of his best acting in season 6. He's not the Locke we grew to love, but playing a bad guy playing John Locke is some tricky business and he pulled it off expertly.
@@ikejugend MiB has no qualms about torturing innocent people (he was going to do it to Bernard and Rose if Desmond didnt come with him), and anyone not useful to him he kills with no hesitation (the moment Widmore told Zoe not to speak to MiB, he doesnt even wait a second before cutting her throat since she wasnt useful to him anymore) MiB (at least after becoming smoke) was a cruel sociopath, and Jacob was 100% justified in keeping one with all that power on the Island.

MiB was originally the same but after being cast into the heart of the island and his soul merging with the smoke monster he couldnt be killed because although it is the MiB we are seeing here, he is not bound by the rules of his original body. He is now the smoke monster, his soul became attached to the physical form of the monster.

In the episode where Nadia gets hit by a car she died in the street asking Sayid to take her home. He was not holding her. Shannon died in his arms. He was clearly talking about Shannon.

dude, as I said, all the mysteries were not cheap and were all aswered. The mithology of LOST is one the most complex misthologies ever created, and it´s all a puzzle. That´s what makes it so much fun. I watched LOST 3 times now, and every time I watch an episode again, I see a lot more things I havent seen before. ALL the answers are there, you just have to find them by yourself and don´t expect the writters to find it for you. That´s why LOST is so genius!
most of the questions are answered but there are some stuff has no explanation , like in season 5 when ben moved the island why juliet's time traveled with the others even she's not one from the flight 815 and why Clair one from the flight 815 did not time travel with them , can you explain this?? and the same for sun when they back to the island she stayed in the present and the rest time traveled to the past ?? ..i don't think the writers have any explanation for this , it just fit the story.

You should probably watch the whole show if you're interested. But, to answer your question, Lock and the MiB are two different people. The MiB just takes the form of Locke later in the series.
WHAT!?? this show has always been about the chracters, the last scene of the show was the chracters stop being LOST and finally find confort, that´s why most people didn´t liked it, the expected the ending to be about mysteries getting answered. Now, about the questions, they didn´t chewed anything for you, they let you interpret the show and find the answers yourself. Can you imagine how lame it would be if the actors sit around at the last episode and start answering all those questions?
Bro those questions were answered. A. Walt was special, so in the end, Hurly and Ben brought him to the island because he had a gift. The one Locke saw wasn't Walt but vision by the MiB. B. The island contained high amounts of electromagnetism which was explained in the episode of Jacob's past. Why did it contain a lot? We don't really need an explanation for. It's like asking for an explanation on why grass is green. It's just how it is.

Locke had to do die to be the substitute dead body for Chrisitian shepard who'a body was on the oceanic flight 815. They had to replicate the conditions as much possible for ajira flight 316. Here, Sayid doesn't immediately stab MiB as soon as he sees him and instead let's him say hello. After Sayid did stab him, he didn't die as he had already spoke. Then later when talking to Dogen, he simply says to Sayid that "you let him to talk to you". To which Sayid replys that he stabbed then talk to him, but he didn't. Cool little connection.

you clearly don't understand the show then. When Jacob killed his brother the smoke(EVIL) took his brothers form. The evil is trying to escape the island, that's why prior to Jacob's brothers death the black smoke( in the form of supposed mother of young MIB) tried to get him the idea of leaving. Now the smoke took the form of John Locke and is trying to kill all of the candidates.
OR the death of MIB(caused by jacob) perhaps just caused the evil within him to leave MIB which was already inside him. Either way, he is not allowed to leave because otherwise evil will spread and it will be the end for all.

In one of those episodes, MIB's dead mother comes and tells the kid that its not his home etc. I guess the fact that she was dead(and black smoke can take form of the dead) must mean that the evil was on the island long ago before brothers arrival. After MIB death by Jacob, the smoke took his brothers form.

It makes much more sense that it's Nadia he's referring to just given everything up to this point. Although his wording funnily enough is more accurate to how Shannon died in his arms like you said. I think that ultimately that was intentional on the writer's part, whilst we can do the logic and assume he is thinking of Nadia, the writers also wanted to provide a generalisation just to remind the audience of ALL the loved ones he has lost up until now - Nadia, Elsa, Shannon - all have been the same tragedy over and over with Nadia being the one which he is in most anguish over. Knowing that their end game was Sayid forgiving himself in the sideways by remembering Shannon, they wanted to leave that possibility still open - just because he doesn't speak of Shannon doesn't mean he's forgotten her nor erased that love he once had - whilst he is referring to Nadia here, his grief for her is just another deeper more painful and darker iteration of what he had before.

@Hanijibrail because his whole plan was the submarine, and he knew if jack was already dead and sawyer the plan would most likely be altered and wouldn't work out as planned. He also saved sawyer so he would trust him and follow him to the sub.
I really miss Lost, for me the best show ever made, just this litle scene by Black Smoke and Sayid was awesome.. someone knows some shows like lost? i see prison break and i really enjoy it but i preffer lost, someone can tell me more awesome shows (please no breaking bad and Games Of T., I didn't like )
xpela100 There really is no other show like Lost out there that I have seen because of it's unique combinations of genres. BB and GoT (I know you said you didn't want to see them but they are good, i'd say a little better than Lost IMO) are two shows that have a great continuous plot like Lost. The Wire also has a continuous plot but it's not really about the storyline with that show, but more about the characters (as it is with Lost but it also had a great plot too). The Sopranos is probably my favorite though it is more of a relaxed show that just looks in on the everyday life of a mob boss. Idk man all of these shows are great, but nothing can really compare to what Lost has done. If you want more shows that very heavily rely on plot, watch House of Cards and 24. Besides live TV, there are also some anime that I think are even better than Sopranos like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Monster, and Attack on Titan. If you want to watch one more realistic, watch Monster which is very deep and complex; the other shows also have a good plot but they also have a lot of action and are not meant to be realistic
xpela100 I recommend checking out Twin Peaks and Carnivale. If you liked the multi-character story's and mystery weirdness in Lost. Although, neither of them take place in a setting like Lost or have as much action thrills but the quality and depth of writing are close enough I feel.
Watch the show and pay attention. It's quite clear when Locke gets strangled to death by Ben Linus and at what point he inexplicably returns from the dead. I thought it was plain obvious, but obviously not.
AT 2:44 look the situation that sayid and floke is in, the same as that painting of smoke and tawaret picture on the wall in the hole that ben fell in temple. in the pic tawaret looke like he was beging to smoke like sayidy looks up on flock saying ''what i want died in my arms'' and flock is like giving him a wish.

In one of those episodes, MIB's dead mother comes and tells the kid that its not his home etc. I guess the fact that she was dead(and black smoke can take form of the dead) must mean that the evil was on the island long ago before brothers arrival.
After MIB death by Jacob, the smoke took his brothers form.

No, Jacob can't bring people back from the dead. Mib never said he would give Shannon back to sayid, he says "what if I did" it was a lie and a trick

It makes much more sense that it's Nadia he's referring to just given everything up to this point. Although his wording funnily enough is more accurate to how Shannon died in his arms like you said. I think that ultimately that was intentional on the writer's part, whilst we can do the logic and assume he is thinking of Nadia, the writers also wanted to provide a generalisation just to remind the audience of ALL the loved ones he has lost up until now - Nadia, Elsa, Shannon - all have been the same tragedy over and over with Nadia being the one which he is in most anguish over. Knowing that their end game was Sayid forgiving himself in the sideways by remembering Shannon, they wanted to leave that possibility still open - just because he doesn't speak of Shannon doesn't mean he's forgotten her nor erased that love he once had - whilst he is referring to Nadia here, his grief for her is just another deeper more painful and darker iteration of what he had before.

Only Terry O'Quinn's MIB could make me laugh and be fucking terrified at the same time. "Now why'd you go and do that?" His face at 1:40 is priceless, and so is Sayid's "oh, SHIT" look when he realizes the knife had about as much effect as throwing a pretzel on the MIB.

@Hanijibrail because his whole plan was the submarine, and he knew if jack was already dead and sawyer the plan would most likely be altered and wouldn't work out as planned. He also saved sawyer so he would trust him and follow him to the sub.

I really miss Lost, for me the best show ever made, just this litle scene by Black Smoke and Sayid was awesome.. someone knows some shows like lost? i see prison break and i really enjoy it but i preffer lost, someone can tell me more awesome shows (please no breaking bad and Games Of T., I didn't like )

xpela100 There really is no other show like Lost out there that I have seen because of it's unique combinations of genres. BB and GoT (I know you said you didn't want to see them but they are good, i'd say a little better than Lost IMO) are two shows that have a great continuous plot like Lost. The Wire also has a continuous plot but it's not really about the storyline with that show, but more about the characters (as it is with Lost but it also had a great plot too). The Sopranos is probably my favorite though it is more of a relaxed show that just looks in on the everyday life of a mob boss. Idk man all of these shows are great, but nothing can really compare to what Lost has done. If you want more shows that very heavily rely on plot, watch House of Cards and 24. Besides live TV, there are also some anime that I think are even better than Sopranos like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, Monster, and Attack on Titan. If you want to watch one more realistic, watch Monster which is very deep and complex; the other shows also have a good plot but they also have a lot of action and are not meant to be realistic
Dexter, House M.D are ones that I've watched after lost.
xpela100 I recommend checking out Twin Peaks and Carnivale. If you liked the multi-character story's and mystery weirdness in Lost. Although, neither of them take place in a setting like Lost or have as much action thrills but the quality and depth of writing are close enough I feel.

Watch the show and pay attention. It's quite clear when Locke gets strangled to death by Ben Linus and at what point he inexplicably returns from the dead. I thought it was plain obvious, but obviously not.
