I found it - and I remembered it note for note. Then I found your version. It's a great theme!
I remember my uncle gave me a plug and play machine when I was like 7 or something back in like 2007 or 2008 or something. It had like 6 different versions of pac man, mappy, some old racing games where u had to switch gears and stuff, and some game where u drive a car around and some other cars try to crash into you and u throw down what looks like a head of lettuce to me at the time and make them crash until they spin and break through somehow, and good old space invaders. Those were good times
