Guile was my guy but I once I mastered Ryu it was game over. I remember obsessing over this game back when i was 10 or 11.. I'm 38 now still a legendary game!!!
The first time I played SF 2 I picked him, just because I liked the way he blocked, his upside down (normal) kick and his foot sweep. One of the most iconic fighters imo.

I do love me some Champion Edition/Hyper Fighting though, probably more, since I thought SSF2: Turbo (ST for short) was a bit too fast for my tastes, most tournaments play on the Turbo 3 settings and I didn't like that.

I mostly play as Guile and Chun Li but I’m also a fan of Cammy so then I gotta play Super and Super Turbo. But Super has a slightly different vibe. It’s awesome to now get to play the arcade collection that has all the classic arcade versions up to 3rd Strike. Now I only wish for the classic Mortal Kombat arcade games to be re-released again.

My dad showed me this game and picked guile because he played him, when I got older I challenged him to play me to a best of 3, let’s just say 2 perfects humbled me real fast, like I never knew it was even possible to grab in the air, HE DID THAT TWICE XD

In this first version of Street Fighter 2 he may even be the best, but in Champion Edition it is already possible to defeat him with several other characters.

Una cosa curiosa che ho scoperto recentemente per caso con guile è che puoi distruggere l'avversario e portarlo sempre alle stelline usando solo raffiche dei pugni più deboli partendo da vicino. In champion edition quel pugno infatti è stato modificato perché era troppo sbilanciato in favore di chi avesse usato guile Xké addirittura neanche la CPU a livello hardest riesce a reagire se lo sai fare bene
Are you talking about slow and fast spells? If so, just use the weak, medium and strong buttons to decide the speed and strength. To release fast blows, always keep the controller charged by holding it back or down.
@@JonnyCinquo There's a secret in Vega's stage. When you grab and throw it, just leave it to the side where it fell and put the controller forward and press the weak punch button and the magic will come out.

I'm trying and trying to get all the way through the game on one credit. Never works out, so well done. I have got through the playables, but usually one or two characters really fuck me up; usually Vega but often Dhalsim(!) ...I got to Bison on "battle 15" but he kept doing that flip thing where he hits my ankles then jumping on my head. What a prick! What controller are you on? I'm on the PS Classic controller, (snes layout) not very good. I will say that Guile's jab in World Warrior can defeat some opponents, but I can overuse it. RYU just leg sweeps.

I love Street Fighter Collection for Saturn. It's perfect for me. I post again because of swearing and people do not believe in the level. I have to relax about it. lol
@@Jan61083 Ah the Sega Saturn, I owned one when they were first released. It was a great machine. I never had the opportunity to play Street fighter on this console. My main memories of Street fighter were on the SNES. My friends and I had many a 2 player battles on this system ;) I have since played the Sega Megadrive version, which I personally don't think is as good but others disagree. I have also recently been watching videos on the PC Engine version, which also looks very good. I have the collection for PS4, which as you would expect, is great. People are not believing that you are playing these games on the hardest difficulty?! Yeah. just ignore them mate! You can't please everyone but I think your videos are great.

Just as you Street Fighter 2 from Super Nes was the thing I enjoyed most with friends. The Sega Genesis version I did not like the sound, but the speed was better. PC Engine version I only knew emulating and I liked it a lot. I also have Street Fighter Collection for PS4 and it's perfect. There are guys who come up just to really piss off. But I'm cool now. lol

Cara, eu não manjo muito de versões Hack, vc me deu aquela força no Samurai Shodown 2 que uso até hoje. Inclusive naquele link que me passou tem muitos hacks que pretendo gravar.

Agora mesmo tava jogando Fatal Fury Special com o Ryo Sakazaki habilitado na tela de seleção, e com os ataques simplificados, mas é a versão do SNES. Com certeza uma versão arcade deve existir, e vou acha-la e passar pra você. Obrigado por jogar, você joga muito bem. Eu não sei se fiquei sem prática, ou se é o emulador que estou usando, o Fightcade2, ou ainda meu controle, mas alguns ataques simplesmente não funcionam. Haha.

Eu me sinto extremamente duro jogando os clássicos de luta. Digo isso pq já fui muito bom mesmo na época e até procurava desafiantes em outras áreas pq no bairro já estava chato. Mas isso é passado e hj em dia sou xingado aqui no TH-cam. kkkkkk

E pode parecer estranho, mas no arcade só consegui zerar SF2 com Cammy, Chun Li e Fei Long. Antes não conseguia derrotar nem o T. Hawk. kkkkk agora seremos xingados juntos
@@xGMV Street Fighter 2 foi minha primeira paixão dos jogos de luta e logo depois Fatal Fury, Art Of Fighting, Samurai Shodown, Mortal Kombat, Killer Instinct, KOF até mais a frente com Guilty Gear e Tekken. Foi bem legal.
