This is a perfect example of why you should read the directions…i didnt not know you were supposed to clean and dry the hose afterwards 😢 great video thanks!!
I just bought this machine and didn't know how to use it. This video gives me confidence in using it. I'm very excited! Great job, and keep on reviewing!
Because their is one in Costco that wants to literally "Jump 🦘" into the shopping 🛒 😂 I do appreciate your EXCELLENT review and time to do it. It makes it 🦘 jump to the 🛒 next time 😅 Thank you Dad 🫵🏼👍🏼
My kid just vomited all over the place! This would have been perfect to get the gunk off the fabric items and throw in the wash. Will purchase! Thank you.
If there's a little bit left, and I know I'll be using it again soon, I leave it. I will add really hot water and cleaning solution to that and it cleans just as well, or better, than the first time. I don't see a need to waste the cleaning solution because it is so good. But, if it was going to be more than 10 days between uses, I'd dump it so it wouldn't build up bacteria and mold. I use mine multiple times a week so it's not an issue for me. I would also recommend being vigilant about cleaning the dirty water tank and the center part every time you use it. I found out quickly that just rinsing isn't enough. The rubber seals pick up and hold urine odors. I let mine soak in the sink with Dawn and hot water for a few minutes before I let it dry and put it back on the machine. If you let it go, you'll have an odor that can't be removed. I hope this helps.
What do you do with the remaining solution in the tank? Do you leave in until the next use or does that go down the drain too? The instructions do not say. ☹️
Great informative video as always . Question. Can you do upholstery cleaning test comparison between this and the other machins you have. I am still debating...thank you.
Good idea, I cleaned a small spot I had previously laid baking soda on to soak any liquid and covered it with paper towels overnight. Was able to vacuum it the next morning then pre soaked with the solution then used the bissel machine… no solids at all in the dirty water tank…
Have a quick question. There is only 1 button if you will on the actual handle of the cleaning brush. There is only 1 trigger on this hand peice. Can I still do the pretreat?
@@JustADad I had a gun oil stain on my carpet, the red stuff, Ugh! I used my Big Green Bissell multiple times, and other suggested product to get it out. All it did was lighten the stain a little bit, and make the carpet loose in that spot. A few years later, I bought this machine for the messes my older pets were making. I saw what a great job it was doing so I decided to try it on that old spot that I'd given up on, and the spot came almost completely out! IDK if it's because of the solution for this machine has more peroxide, or what. But I do know that I get much more solution out of the carpet than I do with the big one, judging by the amount in the dirty water tanks in each machine. I think the suction is way better in this than the Big Green machine. And the carpet outside of the area that I just cleaned with this machine is noticeably dirtier, even though it had just been cleaned with the big one. Go fig.
Oh, I also wanted to say thank you for the video, esp the part about leaving the cleaning cap off for a bit to finish cleaning and drying it. I hadn't thought of that! I didn't know you could do that without water spraying everywhere. LOL I want to keep mine really clean so I'll use a full tank of clean water to flush mine out each time I use it. It doesn't take long and it keeps those horrible urine odors from building up.
Mine does too. I just got it and tried it today and it was leaking where the nozzle latches onto the hose. It was dripping a lot, I don’t think I’m going to keep it for that reason. I’m actually searching to find someone talk about this bc I really wish I didn’t have to return it
I'm trying to figure mine out I was trying to wash my car interior but after doing two seats my dirty tank was bone dry. Where'd the water go? It didn't seem to be leaking..
Am i doing something wrong, or does heart function not actually exist on this thing? Even if putting hot water, it doesn’t seem to do anything to “heat” the water or keep it heated??
To be honest looks like absolute piece of junk that should cost like 49 and be good for home use if u need something small cleaned couples times a year
This is a perfect example of why you should read the directions…i didnt not know you were supposed to clean and dry the hose afterwards 😢 great video thanks!!
If only all other product reviews were this good! Brillaint, thank you.

This was literally the perfect review…thank you so much
Thank you good sir. I’m going to pick one of these up today. Regular vacuums don’t get everything out. Looks like this guy will!

Excellent and concise. Thanks!
Very helpful!
Thank you,
Question: how long were those test stains allowed to dry?
Very helpful video! Thank you! We’ll explained!
how would you compare to the shark stain striker?
Is there a difference between the Proheat & the Pet Proheat?
This one you didn't mention the voltage and frequency... could you please confirm, thanks!
Can you use this on mattresses and couches 🤔
Thank you! Do you leave the excess cleaning solution water remain in the tank for later use or do you dispose of that as well?
???? Do Ya? / Can Ya? ????

Great how to video!!
Glad it helped!
Do you revommend for spot clean bedding?
What are the model numbers of these two units? There are so many models!
Wow thanks!!!
Any time
When I got mine from bed bath beyond there was water in the machine already. Don’t know if that’s normal 😑
a little bit is used for testing
Does it work on pet stains?
Great informative video as always . Question. Can you do upholstery cleaning test comparison between this and the other machins you have. I am still debating...thank you.
So does this machine require you to spill out all the unused chemical?
Am I forced to fill it up all the way each time?
I'd flush the dirty water down the toilet - sinks clog.
Good idea, I cleaned a small spot I had previously laid baking soda on to soak any liquid and covered it with paper towels overnight. Was able to vacuum it the next morning then pre soaked with the solution then used the bissel machine… no solids at all in the dirty water tank…
not anymore, new sink tech prevents that from happening. you must be a boomer , get with the times old man.
Toilet is much more sanitary also- the sink you have to clean so many times and mix chemicals which 👎🏻

I want to know why it leeks the dirty water
Great video!! You sold me..
Glad to hear it!
So hot water to better results?
yes
Which one do u recommend for spiral staircase??

Hi there. Have you tried this machine to an old stain? Thanks

My solution spray isnt working.. any recommendations?
Also mine drips a lot of water and my hand is wet the whole time, what am I doing wrong

The water doesnt vacuum up
I have this model. I really like it. The only thing is the dirty water tank leaks so I have to dump it really fast
oh wow is it leaking from the big circle nut on the bottom of the tank?
@@JustADad yep that’s exactly where it’s leaking so I have to put it really close to where I am dumping it.
I'm trying to figure mine out I was trying to wash my car interior but after doing two seats my dirty tank was bone dry. Where'd the water go? It didn't seem to be leaking..
make sure to press down the nozzle to make suciton on the seat. also make sure the cap is installed correct on the tank@@Laura-zs7ys
Can you use this on leather couches?
I saw you also did a Hoover carpet cleaner review. Out of all the ones you tested which is the best?
this one is really good
Am i doing something wrong, or does heart function not actually exist on this thing? Even if putting hot water, it doesn’t seem to do anything to “heat” the water or keep it heated??
Thanks bro
Yours came with suction? All I have is a brush, I think.
LOL
@@JustADad So, how do you activate the suction?
when you turn it on it should have suction@@aegis6485
My thing doesn’t suck at all I’m returning it
Wat if I clicked in wrong, the pieces?how do I get it out and fix
Usually drain mine down the toilet.
how does it dry?
air dry
The solution doesn’t come out for me
Does this also work on upholstery??
Yes, it does. Cars and homes. And it's great on stairs.
Hi can you compare this to BISSELL® Little Green® Max Pet Portable Carpet and Upholstery Deep Cleaner? That would save me so much time.
PLEASE
Mine leaks from the very bottom of the entire unit. Can you help me?
how old is it?
This is a great little machine. Got mine at a steep discount at Flibblon
Only $99 at Costco
The one at Costco is actually the newer version of this too!
They say it's an "ounce", but that's definitely at least 4 ounces of product that is required...
❤🎉❤
