PENNE PASTA IN MINCED BEEF// ITALIAN RAGU SAUCE MY WAY / Gruvys_delight
Ingredients:
Ground beef
500g Penne pasta
Tomato paste
Vegetable oil (4-6 tbsp)
2 large Onion bulbs - diced
3 medium carrots - shredded
Spring onions
1tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp dark soysauce
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1tsp beef seasoning
1tsp chili flakes
1 cup Tomato purée ( blended tomatoes)
