    The Hôtel Royal enjoys a stunning location in Evian-Les-Bains, on Lake Geneva's French bank, only 45 km from the airport.     Member of the prestigious family of The Leading Hotels of the World, the Hôtel Royal was recently the scene of a historic project lasting several months that have restored it to the splendor it deserves. The Hotel entrusted this mission to interior designer François Champsaur and the head architect of historical monuments, François Châtillon. Thanks to them and the efforts of many craftspeople who specialized in preserving History and heritage, they endeavored to refurbish the Hôtel Royal taking the utmost care to retain its identity.

    Dining - Restaurant Les Fresques. The Michelin Guide has again awarded a star restaurant gourmet Les Fresques in 2019 and highlights its great finesse cuisine. In the heart of the Royal Hotel, a 5-star Palace hotel, the Fresco room offers breathtaking views of Lake Geneva. The panoramic terrace and the magnificent frescoes of Gustave Jaulmes adorning the ceiling are real invitations to tasting and discovery. Gastronomic Cuisine.
    Chef Patrice Vander, Michelin-starred again in 2019, and his brigade offers inventive and refined cuisine, using exceptional products. Inspiring creations, an invitation to taste, and the pleasures of the palate. The "souvenirs dishes" such as foie gras ravioli accompany lemongrass, ginger, and dried bonito shavings. A dish that inspires pot au feu flavors is Chef Patrice Vander's first culinary memories, revisited with Asian flavors. The "family meals," including crayfish from Lake Geneva, complimented with a light sabayon, tarragon, and yellow wine. A dish inspired by "The crayfish gratin," created by François Bise in Talloires.     The "dishes collections" whose perch fillets of Lake Geneva cooked in cider juice reduced to saffron and accompanied by red apples; served on a steaming pebble and flavored with herbs from the garden - a fine and fluffy fish for a divinely good result.
