- Last long run before Zurich Marathon, optimizing and tweaking the littlelest things.
trying without earphones, so don't need to manage music, playlist, batteries, storage etc.
shoes need to be tightened further
gel every 1 hour will be enough, with 1 x tailwind
Now for the tapering of mileage 2 weeks for recovery and recharging strength.
