Love the Channel Islands, especially Guernsey, have been to Sark three times. Shame the pandemic affected things so much.
Now is 2023, hoping things are recovering for the islands and the future.

This was fascinating. Is there any Covid on the Channel Islands?

There hasn't been until the last few months. Jersey got hit quite badly. Guernsey hasn't had many cases. Sark and Alderney haven't really had any. So it all depends!

I have so many questions, would the quarantining be different if you had two vaccines?
Do you own the home you ended at or are the islands using entire homes for quarantine?
What are you going to do once you are allowed out?

Yep it would. If you have 2 vaccines you don't need to quarantine. The snag is that you need to leave 2 weeks after your second vaccine before you come to the Channel Islands.
My family owns the home. To quarantine on the island you would probably have to stay in a hotel or some form of rented accommodation.
I am going to do some of the things I've always loved doing on the island! Coastal walks, visit the beaches and headlands, go swimming in the sea and tidal pools, go fishing, camping. All those outdoorsy activities.
