This easy and fun exercise will help kids maximize their growth potential. Although height is often dictated by genetics, you can still help your kids grow taller with the valuable help of these stretching and flexibility movements. Stretching also improves blood circulation, bone and muscle health and this will certainly help kids stay healthier. This exercise starts with a single-muscle routine, followed by more complex flexibility movements that stretch multiple areas at a time.
