  • Today's workout presents an incredible way to help kids improve their mobility and flexibility!! A morning stretching routine to to start the day full of energy!
    This routine will stretch kids' muscles and prepare the body for more challenging physical activities, making it the perfect exercise to awaken the body and mind! By performing these exercises kids' bodies will release lots of hormones, so they will feel a sense of well-being and be full of energy and willingness to face the day ahead. This routine is a mix of basic single-muscle stretching followed by more complex compound flexibility exercises.
